Debugging on a user level is excellent, and log generation capabilities are a must-have. User negative experience is minimal. First-time use was not difficult; additionally, the training data and documentation provided were clear and required very little background to understand, making the process of onboarding additional IT teams easier than other applications. The file-centric approach of the applications Admin console allows for easier archiving of previous solutions and retooling when needed for other tasks than originally designed. Sending large emails to distribution lists without undue lag is quite important, especially for such a large company. **What do you dislike about Fortra Data Classification?** Configuration files decimation and updates can be better set up. The use of AD to tailor Titus's functions sometimes causes issues. Encryption software adoption for emails at times causes sporadic bugs. Installation and removal of the app can sometimes be troublesome, requiring 3rd party software for complete removal, even in cases simply for reinstallation purposes. Services used are hard to pause or stop, even for a sys admin.
