FortMesa is a cybersecurity enablement platform that was built to sell & deliver cyber roadmaps as a managed service. The platform includes a range of tools focused on compliance standards (based on NIST, CIS, CMMC, SOC2, Hipaa & others), vulnerability sensing and management, risk assessments, asset inventory, business mapping and governance, policy management, and more. Our partners range from MSPs initiating VCISO services, Cyber Consultants shifting to Continuous Compliance as a Service (CCaaS), and Pen testing firms looking to import, workflow, remediate, and document vulnerabilities. IT Service providers rely on FortMesa's white label tools to enable profitable cybersecurity offerings that exceed their customer's expectations. FortMesa's MSP partners are able to build cyber credibility with customers and prospects by evidencing a base security package (25-60 controls) and offering enhanced tiers (full frameworks like NIST or CIS, or customized based on the MSP's cyber stack). FortMesa integrates with industry leading workflow tools and utilizes your pre-existing RMM telemetry to inventory and target security remediations across thousands of endpoints and software packages. Contacts at Fort Mesa have gone aobve and beyond the normal expected level of support from software vendors.

**What do you dislike about FortMesa?**

Navigation between controls could be improved, but it's more than sufficient as it currently works.

**What problems is FortMesa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fort Mesa help us review security compliance requirements and collect evidence.  Without the Fort Mesa software, this process would be much more cumbersome and difficult.

**What do you like best about FortMesa?**

FortMesa has been pivotal in our governance risk and compliance (GRC) program FortMesa's software allows us to operationalize our GRC program. So we can monitor, manage, report, and control the risks within the company. They are able to provide us with reports on a timely basis and work with us on any changes that we need to make.They  have great MSP specialized vulnerability scanning and workflows.

**What do you dislike about FortMesa?**

Overall there isn't much we dislike about FortMesa. The user interface is much cleaner and easier to use than other platforms. Some other tools offer automated patching. However, we see patch management as a separate function within our GRC program and as such should not be used as part of a vulnerability program.

**What problems is FortMesa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FortMesa helps solve our MSP with operationalizing our governance risk and compliance (GRC) program. The reports the system provides us are critical to our MSPs success
