There are plenty of templates that can be easily set up. I also thought the documentation was very detailed and easy to work on by myself. **What do you dislike about Formplus?** I felt that the free features are limited and the paid features are a bit expensive. **What problems is Formplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think it is great for gathering customer information, opinions, and feedback on the product. ### 3. They are thorough and provide the support needed. Without Seun's help I would have not been able to complete my form. **What do you dislike about Formplus?** I really struggled with using the calculations, but the support I received completely compensated for that. **What problems is Formplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is allowing use to create a form for parents to order and pay for lunch for their children and allowing us to not use paper and cash. ### 4. I'm also able to integrate the form link into my automated calendar system for clients to access. **What do you dislike about Formplus?** Currently, formplus works in the way I need it to. It may be offered at other levels, but it would be nice to receive notification when my forms is submitted by a client. **What problems is Formplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** If clients visit the link and fill out the form created (nothing that formplus can control), this will allow me to have faster more efficient consultations and incan serve clients needs in a better way. ### 7. A user's functionality is limited; sometimes, the admin has to get involved in simple tasks. **What problems is Formplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit to our organization is the ability for a submitter to attach a file. ### 8. It provided data charts as well as allowed me to export data information in order to code written responses. I was able to complete my first questionnaire during the trial period and the monthly pricing will allow me to use it for my current research. **What do you dislike about Formplus?** I have not found anything I dislike about Formplus at this point. **Recommendations to others considering Formplus:** Formplus is really easy to use, has a flexible design and provides clear data with great UX. **What problems is Formplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has allowed me to create research questionnaires that are both easy to create and easy to use for participants. Its benefits have been that it collects and displays data clearly, auto creating graphs, and the display for users allow for easy of use on their end. ### 9. You can pick from dozens of field, multi-select, radios, text area, single inputs, upload pictures. if you can imagine it you can do it by the way they have a beautiful design that everyone loves Do you want to send all the response to a spreadsheet? You can do it and you don't even have to create the spreadsheet, FormPlus create it for you! **What do you dislike about Formplus?** When you have multiple Forms running at the time, maybe you will have the need to send the response to a specific user. The user should be aware of the response immediately after it was created, but all the emails reach the administrator email and there is no way to fix it unless you create an email rule to catch the notification and send it to the right person, this adds to a couple of minutes to the initial setup, but at this time there is no other way to archive this task. **Recommendations to others considering Formplus:** If you have tried other free solutions and want to step forward this is the right software, a beautiful design, easy creation tools and not expensive solution. **What problems is Formplus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accidents reporting and internal surveys **Official Response from Jadesola Odujole:** > πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ We're happy to know that Formplus is meeting your needs perfectly.
