Centralized collection of service requests and ease of categorizing for reporting purposes.

**What do you dislike about ForeAction?**

Lacks capability to GPS service requests

**What problems is ForeAction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracks our Service Requests for residents to call in and have the responsible department address their issues in a centralized manner.

It’s an amazing resource to navigate through data very easily

The website is good but it’s a bit pricey it might be too overpriced for some users once you get going.
