It is also easy to draft a bulletin but have another person in your office pick up editing it, or send it if you're unavailable. The advanced bulletin feature has several checks to ensure everything is correct before you click send, which is important for us given our over 80,000 subscribers. Although our office does not use it substantially, the reports do provide valuable analytics on link clicks, opens, views, etc. to refine messaging and maximize campaign reach. **What do you dislike about govDelivery?** There is no easy way to obtain a link to the web version of the bulletins, which is helpful for sharing updates by other means such as social media. The advanced bulletin feature requires creating a template first, which can be cumbersome initially. **What problems is govDelivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** The advanced bulletins have upped our game, providing more digestible and rich HTML-based emails. The templates have allowed our office to ensure we have consistent messaging. As users fill out the template, notices appear that they need to replace placeholder content, while content we want in all bulletins can be protected by locking that part. ### 3. Instructions were easy to understand, the help/faq functions were very helpful and the program itself helped me with my work processes. **What do you dislike about govDelivery?** I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike about this program. **Recommendations to others considering govDelivery:** I highly recommend this as it is easy for beginners to use, as well as those who consider themselves to be experts **What problems is govDelivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to send emails and other messages to clients quickly and effectively is a definite plus using this program ### 4.
