Takes away the time consuming work of making these reports manually allowing me to take data based decisions. The user interface is straight forward and very informative. If I ever had questions, the team and especially my account manager was fantastic and immediately answered all queries. Never had any downtime or operational bugs. **What do you dislike about Foodics?** The only thing I don't like is that the auto email option, for purchase orders to suppliers and end of day reports to the internal team , only allow for one email each. Suppliers ask for the po to be sent to multiple emails for their trails, and for my team, I would like the end of day reports to be sent to location manager and myself , this isn't possible and I hope they can address this as it is a necessity in today's framework. **What problems is Foodics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Takes away manual time consuming data analysis work and serves it to you live on a plate as and when you want it .definitely increases productivity , inventory tracking and costing analysis ### 3. The staffs are very supportive. Mark from the installation team has been super amazing since day 1. He has helped us more than what is required from him, and had trained us effectively. We feel that they listen and are very understanding of our needs. Marice and Mark had worked on our menu for 3 hours and made sure everything is perfect. They were physically on with us during our launching date, that level of service is something to beat. **What do you dislike about Foodics?** There are surely some features that needs enhancement however, I can see that they are keen to at least enhance it and they listen to what the merchants needs. **What problems is Foodics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing so far. They don't have one summarized report that the operation needs. She has been very helpful with getting us to speed using the system and finding soloutions to issues we are facing. **What do you dislike about Foodics?** Foodics still needs work we are not getting all the reporting and information needed but sales team said was possible. Inventory we are still having issues which is the core of the business. Also purvi helped us but I've talked to other support team members they weren't able to help my team and i think it's a language barrier. In the year and a half we've been using it however, service has been poor at best, until now. Previously it's been impossible to get someone to answer queries or help. Since Sana joined I believe recently she has gone way above and beyond any wild expectations you might have. From answering messages at midnight to coming onsite immediately when we had a small issue with our new menu. She's so professional, so helpful and you can see she genuinely cares, this isn't just a job for her. She has completely redeemed the Foodics name in my opinion. All absolutely everything in one system, allows you to manage all aspects of your restaurant.
