They understand agricultural operations. Most ERP consultants need you to explain how farmland investments connect to production outcomes or why asset-level tracking matters across a distributed portfolio. The Folio3 team came in knowing those things. That made early sessions more productive than we expected. When we got into multi-site reporting and supply chain workflows, they built around how we actually operate instead of asking us to change our structure. Production data, inventory, and logistics now land where our finance team needs them without the end-of-cycle cleanup. That was the part we cared about most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Any configuration changes after go-live require going back to them. As our portfolio has grown and our reporting needs have evolved, we've needed adjustments to certain workflows and those aren't things we can handle ourselves inside the platform. It's not a dealbreaker because the work gets done, but if you're an organization that prefers to own system changes internally, that dependency is worth knowing going in.
