"Fluency: Streamlined Campaign Management, Needs 24/7 Availability"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I love how Fluency dramatically simplifies campaign management for me at Microsoft and Google by automating the process and allowing us to pace campaigns without manual intervention. The interface, admittedly initially challenging, becomes very easy and intuitive with use, which is great. The blueprint creation and settings replicator features stand out as exceptionally useful, especially in saving time by automating campaign types and making it easy to replicate bidding strategies and location targeting efficiently. These capabilities have enabled us to manage campaigns without needing to create them manually, just flipping a switch. The platform's offerings and the ability to save time while enhancing campaign pacing are invaluable. Overall, Fluency's platform is comprehensive and compelling enough that I would definitely choose it again, reflecting a perfect recommendation likelihood of ten out of ten. What do you dislike about Fluency?

I don't like that the software shuts down for a couple of hours around 10 PM to midnight PST, which could be due to maintenance. This downtime is inconvenient for me, as I often work late at night and would appreciate the software being available 24/7, or pushing back the maintenance window to 2/3am. Extending the availability into the early morning hours would be beneficial for anyone working late. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Campaign Management with Robust Support"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I used Fluency to handle my Facebook ads more efficiently and save time with automation. It helps scale larger campaigns with automation and centralizes all my accounts into one platform. I appreciate that it allows me to streamline work and focus on strategy rather than execution. It frees up more time from building up campaigns and setting budgets, and I can focus more on the performance aspect for the campaigns and how to improve my KPIs. The features really improve my quality of work and ensure my consistency when managing many campaigns. I also found Fluency's integration with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok platforms useful. Although there was a learning curve with the initial setup, strong Fluency support assisted us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

There are a very user interface challenges while navigating the platform. Often I see changes in layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Automated Campaign Management with Outstanding Fluency Support"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I’ve had a great experience working with Fluency. The platform is intuitive and makes it easy to manage and optimize campaigns at scale, which is critical in a fast-paced automotive environment. The automation and reporting capabilities help streamline workflows and provide clear visibility into performance, allowing us to make smarter, data-driven decisions for our clients.

What really stands out is the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping troubleshoot issues or identify opportunities for improvement. It feels like a true partnership rather than just a vendor relationship.

Overall, Fluency has been a valuable tool in helping us deliver consistent results and maintain strong performance across our accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

"Elevates Troubleshooting with AI Insights"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I find the MUSE AI suggestions extremely beneficial for diagnosing issues when troubleshooting, as they break down the issue when alerts or errors don't provide much information. The suggestions help me determine if the issue falls within Fluency or outside of it, and some even break down the information being sent to the provider via API. BluePrints are also a key feature I use regularly, as they run campaigns across multiple channels. They allow for automation across numerous accounts running the same campaign while enabling customization for specific accounts through tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Notifications being cleared in a more timely manner. For instance, a notification will pop up & then we'll go into the account & resolve the issue triggering the notification but the notification will still show for a week or more. You can mute them but that's not enough as the Notification is still there. It was very involved. There were a lot of discussions across a multitude of products. Fluency had more frustrations with us than we did with them. Our organization needs a lot of automated customization and there are a bunch of moving parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Rebecca, thanks for sharing your positive experience with Muse AI and Blueprints! Regarding the notification delays you mentioned, our system is designed to clear those alerts immediately once an issue is resolved, so we recommend reaching out to your AE directly to investigate why these are persisting in your specific dashboard and ensure your workspace stays organized.

"Fluency: Easy Ad Management with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I really appreciate how easy Fluency is to use. The ability to manage multiple accounts in one platform is a huge time-saver, especially since I'm handling about 50 rooftops. Fluency's notifications are incredibly helpful, as they alert me when something is broken, has gone wrong, or just as reminders. I also like that Fluency allows setting future budgets which saves me time. Although I wasn't the one to set it up, it was easy to learn because of the great resources available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Sometimes I have a hard time updating the targeting because it won't always save. I think just having it work more often than not will make it less frustrating. I wish it integrated with TikTok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sierra Calabresi of Fluency

Hi Carrie, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! It’s great to hear that Fluency is helping you save time and become more efficient. We hear you on your feedback and excited to share that we’ve launched a partnership to offer TikTok Automotive Ads to our clients, with full availability and additional TikTok ad types coming to the platform in the next few months. "Fluency: Powerful Reporting with Insightful Features"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I love the notifications feature in Fluency because it allows us to set up custom notifications if any of our clients are underperforming on certain benchmarks and metrics. It also alerts us when campaigns have errors or there's no spend on an account. I also love the data explorer feature, as it provides visibility per channel, per practice area, and per account owner, which is great for having diverse visibility tailored to each unique client. This helps us make informed decisions fast and optimize campaigns quicker. Once everything was set up, managing several accounts was smooth and efficient with Fluency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Only thing with Fluency right now that I don't have access to is the frequency metric in Data Explorer and being able to track a high or low frequency, and generate a report from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Optimizes PPC with Proactive Budget Reallocations"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I like how Fluency helps with budget pacing and reallocations, which allows me to prevent accounts from under pacing and move budgets between platforms proactively. I enjoy using Muse AI for applying optimizations where needed and find the alerts extremely helpful for flagging high CPLs and low conversion rates. Creating CIDs without needing to set up Gmail accounts using blueprints is a big plus. I appreciate the tool’s ability to check for negative keyword conflicts, which is beneficial for client retention overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Targeting is the worse because it is kind of unfriendly for LSA ads. The adding keywords feature could be improved, sometimes Fluency recommends adding terms that are not related to our ads or PAs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mike Lane of Fluency

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear Fluency is helping with budget pacing and reallocating effectively.

We'd love to explore your use case more here! As Blueprints generate customized content, it's primary use case is for generating and maintaining account specific "new" content, so importing isn't it's typical function. If you have a solution you're trying to accomplish, maybe there's a portion of the tool better suited to your needs! Reach out to your account representative and we'll help match you with the right solution.

"In-House Vs. 3rd Party Ad Tech"
What do you like best about Fluency?

Updates by clients in other verticals. Coming from in-house Ad-Tech designed around a specific vert, there are features/updates/etc. that might have never been considered looking at needs within a silo (more or less). There are features/updates made that likely came from outside automotive that can allow for rethinking/retooling how we approach deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

We are at the mercy of Fluency's ability to adapt features/functions/working API calls to partners (and working with partner platforms in general). Basis is a good example. Support was great across both the Basis and Fluency teams, but there were obvious gaps into who owned what and which part was breaking. We couldn't launch a Basis campaign without encountering errors and at time it seemed like a back and forth problem solve about which platform was causing the error. That's not something that can be passed to a client.

Fluency isn't slow for updates and great support helps bridge gaps. These same issues exist with in-house ad tech. However, the lines of communication for in-house updates and ownership are a lot clearer in house (including timelines). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scalable Solution with Room to Grow"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I really like the reporting dashboard. I like the heat map that shows the impressions, costs, and clicks by time of day, which allows me to better understand which of my clients are second string considerations versus initial consideration engagement. This helps me better tailor the messaging of the individual ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

I find the blueprints in Fluency are highly limiting when it comes to providing the boutique and specific text in copy that our clients have come to expect. The setup was also a bit challenging as we had to dedicate a large amount of time and man hours, and it was a little bumpy. It seemed like a combination of how the product was sold and how our staff understood its functionality versus our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Campaign Management with Stellar UI/UX"
What do you like best about Fluency?

I find Fluency really helps with efficient campaign management and cuts down on repetitive work. I love its easy UI, which makes navigating the entire system simple with less load time. The automation feature is great as it handles repetitive tasks like budget shifts or pausing underperforming campaigns, so I'm not constantly needing to monitor them. I appreciate the clear rules for budget and performance thresholds that ensure decisions are based on clear performance benchmarks for improved consistency. Detailed data for campaign monitoring is also a major plus, providing key insights and enhancing performance monitoring. The setup was very easy, thanks to a fantastic team that helped every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

Some platform limitations compared to the original ad consoles and the reporting depth are issues. Certain campaign types or features don't clearly reflect in the system. For example, the way Fluency handles individual ad placement changes compared to meta ad group level placement controls is painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
