Maybe provide different color settings or designs to spruce it up a bit, **Recommendations to others considering Flowlens:** Make sure you go through a tutorial with someone who has experience in it because it is easy to make a mistake that is hard to correct without going through management. **What problems is Flowlens solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory issues and po issues. We can keep better track with this and hold people accountable. We are also resolving scheduling issues with our drivers. ### 3. It really has so many features in one software catered to your needs.. **What do you dislike about Flowlens?** when I am pulling up assets if you don't click all or active it doesn't pull up,. I feel like it has one extra step that should be deleted to make the process quicker. **Recommendations to others considering Flowlens:** make sure you learn the entire software and train so that you can utilize everything they have to offer. **What problems is Flowlens solving and how is that benefiting you?** we had a huge issue with keeping up in the inventory dept. Once this software was installed we have had fewer issues/mistakes. ### 4. I wish that my current company used this **Recommendations to others considering Flowlens:** Have someone train all the employees instead of letting people train through another. A lot was missed and not utilized because the company I worked for opted not to pay for training. **What problems is Flowlens solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had some issues keeping up with sales leads but that was fixed once they switched to the software ### 5. I had never used a program like this before and was worried it would be difficult to learn but its not **What do you dislike about Flowlens?** Nothing yet because I am a new user but so far so good and no problems yet. **Recommendations to others considering Flowlens:** Utilizing all of its functions will be beneficial and cut down costs for your facility **What problems is Flowlens solving and how is that benefiting you?** I dont know as I am a new user of a few months on this program. ### 6. You could ask for a better all in one **Recommendations to others considering Flowlens:** I wish there was a way to cancel po’s instead of zeroing then out **What problems is Flowlens solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were missing a lot of purchase orders because we didn’t have anything to tag it to.
