They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about FlowBreeze?** Integrates seamlessly with Excel, adding flowchart symbols to the sheets It gets saved as part of the sheet Easy to retrieve and modify You don´t have to have FlowBreeze installed for someone else to see and read the charts You can add your own symbols and options to the sheets Since it is integrated in Excel you can print it out from the same sheet and make changes to the format, spacing, etc **What do you dislike about FlowBreeze?** Sometimes it´s a godsend to have the chart inside the spreadsheet, but most of the time it is a mess of clutter and symbols It´s the price too expensive for what it is? Yes, I think so, and most of our company does so too. Basic functionality and options There are better options that, while aren´t integrated in Excel, are more flexible and capable PDF generate option is broken in the latest version, or maybe it´s the integration with Excel 365 We had to remove it because it wasn´t meeting our expectations **Recommendations to others considering FlowBreeze:** It is better to use another solution, either local or in the cloud, to cover your flowchart requirements For us having them in our process sheets made sense in the beginning, but since most of our users have access 24/7 to the Internet, they do not need to have it local We removed it and moved to another web based solution, it was easier to use and lets us generate reports and PDFs without problems **What problems is FlowBreeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have all of our internal processes mapped out in FlowBreeze The info we send out to our new hirees is the Excel sheets that have the flow charts in them We have all of our work and personal processes in FlowBreeze as part of a program to make transparent the working of our business ### 2.
