You simply connect your social media accounts and Photoslurp starts collecting media for you. We've already collected more than 10 000 customer's photos from Instagram and Facebook - each photo is manually accepted/rejected by me and the interface is making it easy to properly tag each media, assign products to it and request media rights from Instagram users. We're using Photoslurp widgets all over our e-commerce - product page, category page, homepage, UGC feed, and more - we're using JS integration, but recently Photoslurp's developed a robust tool for creating widgets with few clicks. I haven't used it just yet, but it looks nice. I've researched every major UGC tool on the market and Photoslurp has the best price-quality ratio. **What do you dislike about Flowbox?** We've had some issues with widgets displaying not as we'd like to. But Photoslurp's support is one of the best I've worked with and they resolve these issues super fast. **What problems is Flowbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers were asking for more photos of our furniture. Creating photo sessions is expensive and time-consuming. So we've turned our heads on social media content. Thousands of photos of your product are there - waiting for you to claim them. Being able to set up a different style to suit you and your site with how your gallery page looks and the widgets it features. Being able to use the sticky feature so that if you've got a competition on or a new item you can keep them at the top of your page so they don't get lost in the crowd. **What do you dislike about Flowbox?** Not being able to tag out of stock items - this means going through later and tagging once back in stock no big deal just takes a bit more time than usual **Recommendations to others considering Flowbox:** Integrates easily with sites such as Shopify, a little knowledge needed of the structure of your site however if you struggle you account manager will know how to fix it or the best person to help you within Photoslurp **What problems is Flowbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to display UGC lifestyle on each item where we may not have a lot of imagery of our own means consumer can see what the product looks like in different situations.
