**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

Flow has been an incredible partnership and has allowed us to grow our international customer base with its easy and customizable platform. Flow allows us to customize checkout experiences by country to serve the needs of our international customers and provide full cost transparency at checkout. 

In addition to Flow's incredibly user-friendly console, the Flow team is a dream to work with. Their customer service team responds quickly with answers and solutions to all of our questions, our customer success manager, Ryan, is always providing support and incredible ideas to help grow our business.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

If there is ever a problem or concern with the Flow platform, it has always been addressed, and their team has found solutions that work with our company and our vision for the future.

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flow provides us full transparency with our customers. There are no hidden fees, and it gives our customers the total price of purchase before they purchase.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

This platform allowed us to expand internationally significantly faster than we would have otherwise. We're now able to test different geos without it taking a significant lift. 

The platform is typically intuitive and easy to navigate. 

AB testing functionality is built-in, allowing for easy testing/optimization. 

Our rep is helpful and on top of action items.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

There have been a few areas where features we'd like (and that seem fairly core to a platform used for int'l expansion) were still in development, e.g. a way for us to easily export the amount of tax that has been paid on purchases for accounting purchases.

Platform is usually straightforward, but I've run into roadblocks I wouldn't have figured out without assistance.

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flow allows us to sell our product internationally without the accounting headache of calculating tax/duties etc and figuring out all the associated logistics.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

We've had an incredible partnership with Flow over the past two years. From the beginning, Flow and our incredible Customer Care Manager Ryan, have diligently worked with us to set up our brand for success by ensuring a seamless Shopify Plus integration. No detail was overlooked as we have continually worked together to find new, innovative ways to scale the business, grow our user base and enhance the customer experience.  We found the platform easy to use, including customizing the checkout experience by country inclusive of full cost transparency at checkout, BNPL options, and customer returns.

In addition, the Flow console is incredibly user-friendly. It's been a dream to work with the Flow team. They respond quickly with answers and solutions to all of our questions, and our customer success manager, Ryan, is always providing support and incredible ideas to help grow our business.  The combination of a great platform and great customer service has been a win-win for our international business.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

We've been thrilled with Flow and are even more confident than ever we selected the #1 cross-border platform for our business. We have all the support we need from the team, which started the moment we signed on and has encompassed everything from the integration to creative growth solutions. One of the best parts of working with Flow is how the company continues to evolve its platform to meet the needs of its customers and the market. It's a total win-win scenario for our customers and brand.

Flow has significantly increased our international business and provided all the right tools for a user-friendly experience and interface.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

The ease of use. Everything is very straightforward. 

What sets Flow apart from other similar platforms is the ability to exclude certain items internationally. For example, we have a high ticket watch on our site that we would prefer not to ship internationally due to fraud reasons and we can exclude it by sku in about 10 seconds flat! 

We are currently splitting our orders to two 3pls and their functionality around fulfillments is immensely helpful here as well. We are able to split ship international orders along with their documentation at the push of a button. 

They also offer more basic settings surrounding duties, taxes, and website appearance that are all very easy to use. 

Lastly, they offer A/B testing so you can test certain settings and see what your customers respond best to.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

I haven't had any issues thus far, I have been working directly with flow for just over 2 years. They have a great team!

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most current issue we are solving is are currently splitting our orders to two 3pls. Flow's functionality around fulfillments has been immensely helpful. We are able to split ship international orders along with their documentation at the push of a button.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

Easy install, user friendly UI, good and quick support response time.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

Usage of price books can be tricky to figure out.  Returns can be a pain point and have not been fully automated via API usage.  Flow does not support marketplace sites.

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One stop service to cover our ecommerce international shipping requirements.  Flow provides currency conversion, importer/exporter of record, carrier integration and shipping documents.  We've increased international sales substantially.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

Flow unlocks your commerce platform's international capabilities in unique and clever ways, which allow for your team to stay focused on doing what they do best - creating, selling, and managing your brand and product. Flow handles all customs, checkout, financials, and taxes from within your own warehouse. Essentially all the paperwork and coordination is handled externally by Flow while maintaining your existing, internal fulfillment in house which is what makes this platform so unique. Other companies require advanced integrations, 3rd party middle men, workflow changes, and huge downtime between platforms to make cross-border a reality.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

It can take time and resources to properly integrate the platform. Once integrated, it's almost completely hands off.

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flow gives our brand a unique opportunity to sell internationally from our own existing website and retail store platforms. We did not require a 3rd party integrator or reseller to make the tool come to fruition. Flow's in-house tech team is top notch and provides amazing guidance and feedback along the way.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

- Helped simplify and increase conversion for cross border fulfillment.

- Amazing CX team that was able to tend to our 24/7 support team.

- Localized website experiences for our international customers.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

Nobody is perfect and had some minor hiccups along the road. The best part was Flow's willingness to take action quickly and always heavily consider our feedback and recommendations.

This is always the sign of a great partner. Someone willing to go the extra mile knowing it will be a benefit to not just one if their customers but to all of them.

Do it! I've used other companies in a similar workspace and Flow stood out among the rest.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

Very robust international e-commerce solution. Excellent support from Flow personnel. Ask a question, get an almost immediate answer. Added several features that we needed for our unique products. It's great to see that they keep innovating. Have been operating with them, problem-free, for about four months. Very pleased with how smoothly onboarding went. Weekly Zoom meeting with one of their Customer Success managers is also valuable and much appreciated. Flow knows how to treat its customers well.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

Initially was geared more towards fashion companies than tech companies like us. However, they have morphed well to meet our specific needs. So at this moment, I don't dislike anything about Flow.

**Recommendations to others considering Flow Commerce:**

I really shopped around when deciding on an international eCommerce supplier. Flow offered just the right amount of functionality, at a fair price, for what we wanted to accomplish. I highly recommend that you check them out.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

Flow Commerce easily allowed to expand our digital footprint by utilizing our existing eCommerce setup and integrating Flow's checkout.  They removed the time, effort, and resources to build out separate sites for additional locales and leverage their shopping cart as a means to allow international consumers to purchase products they normally wouldn't have an opportunity to purchase.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

If I had to choose one, it's that the setup of price books can be a bit daunting, however once set up and optimized, there isn't one thing to dislike

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flow Commerce gives us the ability to use our existing eCommerce set up to allow our international customers the ability to purchase products they normally would not have the opportunity to purchase.  This includes utilizing our front-end storefront, and backend warehouse management and logistics team.  The amount of time and resources saved by integrating Flow Commerce to our site was well worth the effort.

Flow is very responsive and helpful!
Our international business is thriving with the help of Flow. Flow provides fast shipping with DHL Express, beneficial customer service, excellent assistance, and so much more.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

That we currently don't have a return process set up. However, we are working with our Flow team to get this going very soon.

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flow is helping us A/B test specific pricing stargates within experiences. We have learned from the information obtained and have been able to target our customers based on the results of these experiments.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

Flow was very easy to get set up and integrated with our Shopify site. The support during the integration and their post-launch support has been solid. They are open to suggestions on ways to improve and evolve their platform and actually follow through on features they plan to add.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

Very little to dislike. We are overall very happy.

We now have the ability to offer our products to the rest of the world without the hassle of managing taxes and duties, etc internally.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

Flow's customer service is unparalleled! The speed, efficiency and kindness that the customer service works with us is truly the best part of Flow. The cross-border solution does everything it promises, but the customer service truly makes Flow even more valuable.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

I dislike the complexity in which our site was built, and thus, we have a number of issues with our international experiences; but that's really not on Flow's end, but it does end up impacting Flow a lot...so would say that's the most painful thing that's associated with Flow.

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits are really in line with international expansion and growing our international business.

There is nothing in particular I dislike about using Flow.

We have been able to create experiences for 19 different countries. We have also utilized Flow for international Google ads and Facebook shopping feeds that are helping us grow our international business.

Flow is a great solution for localization and handling all aspects of the international shopping experience. Easy shopify integration and the cx has been wonderful.

Honestly nothing negative to say. They are continually improving and always looking for feedback on how to improve further.

Take a demo - speak to current customers and ask lots of questions. I think you'll find it's a great solution.

We were looking for a platform to handle all aspects of international shopping - from checkout, localization, handling duties/taxes, etc.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

The Flow team and software tool can enable you to sell to over 200 countries with relatively low lift. They have expertise in house to help you navigate the process in selling in different geographies. New features are commonly coming to their platform that help localize paid advertisements on social channels.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

The logistics process of getting set-up were clunky. There were a lot of lessons learned on shipments that couldn't be processed through their network which were not issues raised to us proactively. These resulted in negative customer experiences and ultimately manual workarounds in order to avoid them going forward.

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've created a channel that is driving meaningful revenue to our business with a relatively low amount of effort.

Amazing customer service that is always quick to respond. Straightforward and easily modifiable price book setups.

We have had a lot of trouble shipping prescription glasses to Spain regarding legal regulation changes that have caused a bottle-neck in our shipments. Also - not being able to remove VAT and duties from customs.

Solving cross border globalization. Being able to expand the business globally with minimal constraints.

**What do you like best about Flow Commerce?**

Having seen multiple integrations through to go-live, Flow's is by far the most seamless.  Flow provides an easy to use scalable global growth solution, and is flexible to meet changing business needs (be it currency conversion, or localization, or hubless shipping). I also LOVE the ability to A/B test different strategies throughout the user journey.

**What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?**

We will get a lot of int'l customers calling into our CS and we wish there was a way to create an order with localized pricing on the backend of the site.

**What problems is Flow Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving intl shipping & logistics and localizations - a main benefit is how easy it is to roll out intl paid search and to test different initiatives!

Simple to use, robust platform for managing international commerce. There are plenty of controls allowing you to fine tune the customer experience.

Nothing yet. They continue to add new features and have great support.

Dramatically improved customer's checkout experience through local pricing and DDP shipping. We've seen a substantial lift in international sales.

With their turnkey solution we were able to scale quickly, and they handle all the heavy lifting day-to-day, so our team is freed up for other initiatives.  They are highly responsive to product development requests.

Can be more expensive than some options, but you get what you pay for.
