It does not only act as a central depositary of the financial reporting documentation, but also improve the systematic financial reporting process. The implementation support team of FloQast also provided very valuable experience sharing and support and responded promptly to our questions and requests. It made the implementation very smooth and worry-free. FloQast can also interface with our financial reporting system to obtain data for control needs such as reconciliation. It reduces the risk of manual data extraction manipulation and error. The customer support is very helpful with any question during all phases, including implementation but also afterwards and tries to find the best solution for the company. We have to manually upload the master excel file to each folder - API connection (variance analysis). We had to set up two different API connections, one with YTD numbers (balance sheet) and one with monthly movements (P&L). ERP system is D365 F&O - limitation on reviews.
