FloLive has been a brilliant product that's been in our offering for a few years now, the adaptability of the SIMS and OTA changes /offering that can be made to cover different customer needs is unlike any SIM/Provider we've used before.

There are still some portal development features that would be great to have, but the team take our feedback on board and have already implemented several changes to match our needs, not so much a dislike but something that we can continue to work on improving all processes to allow us to do things ourselves! floLIVE more often than not has challenges implementing new technology solutions well the first time. They can cause issues such as device-bricking bugs and there is very little recourse or remorse from floLIVE in this respect.
