Modulus Data has a staff of friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees who are willing to take whatever steps are necessary to meet the goals and needs of their clients. Snapdocs had several requests during the implementation and testing process that were quickly resolved or explained, so we fully understood the integration. Before working with Modulus Data, we used another Bamboo to ADP integration that was unreliable and ended up having us do more work than if we didn't have it - our experience with Modulus Data has been the polar opposite. With the integration in place, we have taken manual tasks off the plates of many of our team members and have seen our process time of bi-weekly payrolls drop. They never said no to anything without trying everything in their power first to see if they really couldn't do it. When comparing deliverables with competitors, they also offered and did more in our Greenhouse x Workday integration than the rest of them. The first Product Manager (PM) they assigned us for our integration lacked business acumen and communication skills, which is critical for big projects like this and essential for project management. We complained and were thankfully reassigned to a fantastic senior PM who was phenomenal in all the areas the previous PM lacked (whom we wish the best in their future growth) and more.
