Honestly, there was nothing positive about Flexspring in the 12 months that we tried to deploy and use one of their integrations. I have not worked with another vendor that was as incompetent with their deployment / product as Flexspring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Deployment for a very simple integration between 2 major payroll / HRIS platform took 11 months; poor project management and no initiative shown by the Flexspring implementation team

- Product was still returning errors on a weekly (and sometimes daily) basis by the end of our 12 month contract; a month of troubleshooting the integration did not resolve these issues

The entire implementation was extremely well structured and easy to conduct. They make it very easy to move from design and mapping to development to production, and the team is absolutely top notch!
