What do you like best about Flexspring?

What I like best about flexspring is the customer service support and the ease of communication between our muliple systems. Gaurav Sharma has assisted me with all my questions that arised and provided adaquate and top notch support. I also like the auto generated emails of successful or failed files. What do you dislike about Flexspring?

We have a complex set up, so one of the downsides is that our unique identifier is person ID instead of employee name which takes additional rearch if an error arise to identify the associated emaployee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

She acknowledges our issues, empathizes with our challenges & pain, and most importantly, responds by providing impetus to the development team to fix any misssing or incorrect payroll postings from the feeds from ADP to NetSuite. The integration we created with Gaurav Sharma has greatly increased our accuracy and efficiency of running payroll each week. Gaurav was able to work through the complexities of ADP's API and provide a customized solution for us and made implementation a breeze. The Team at Flexspring was one of the best I have worked with on any implementation throughout my career. From project kick off to completion, it was their knowledge and guidance that helped make our API Connector implementation successful. The project manager kept us on track and provided his expertise in dealing with some thorny issues.
