I create New and Edit Most PDFs with NO issue. **What do you dislike about FlexiPDF?** Not Applicable, if I had Issues, I wouldn't renew my subscription! **Recommendations to others considering FlexiPDF:** Download Flexit and use the Trial version to convince yourself that it's a Smart Move to Implement... **What problems is FlexiPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** I Create New and Edit Most existing PDFs we receive from Vendors and Customers! ### 2. It has an excellent set of tools for editing PDF documents, including very strong image and text editing capabilities. I use it most frequently for adding comments to PDF versions of contracts as I review them, but also for comparing PDF documents to see where revisions to prior versions have been made. It's true that you can get a lot of these same features from Adobe Acrobat, but it takes up almost 3 GB of space on my hard drive and is very intrusive, installing add-ons all over my computer. FlexiPDF doesn't integrate with MSOffice products the way that Acrobat does, but I like that. **What do you dislike about FlexiPDF?** There are very few things I dislike about FlexiPDF, but one thing I have noticed is that it sometimes makes odd font substitutions in certain documents. It doesn't happen all the time, but there are moments when it throws off the alignment of the text in a document. It can be managed, though. **Recommendations to others considering FlexiPDF:** Softmaker offers a free trial of the product. I would suggest giving that a try before buying. I would also note that for some users who need a PDF tool to manage print production, this is probably not the right product. **What problems is FlexiPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a much faster and more responsive program than the other PDF editors I have tried. In my case, it has become an important tool for managing the legal documents I work on every day. It is reasonably and affordably priced and does not require an annual subscription. Softmaker also offers discounted prices for upgrades which makes if easier on my small business budget than most other products. ### 3. Alongside Nitro Pdf, FlexiPDF offers much of the core functionality needed at an excellent cost as well as using low system resources. **What do you dislike about FlexiPDF?** There are some issues occasionally with music files and rendering the fonts within them. It could also do with greater ability to control the exact form of Pdf output created. **What problems is FlexiPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lower overheads than a monthly subscription have meant the ability to provision other software is more achievable. There is also simpler work flow as the programme acts like a text editor. ### 4. It also allows us to edit big documents with ease and perfection. It allows not only to edit but also to write comments in pdf, add new pages, or remove unwanted pages from pdf and add forms. Talking about its interface, it is simple to use, and all the tools are perfectly arranged with graphic symbols related to it, making it easy to understand. **What do you dislike about FlexiPDF?** Till my use, I didn't find any major issues to talk about it. I'm very much satisfied with its functionality. **Recommendations to others considering FlexiPDF:** I will suggest others to try this one and only true pdf editor. It has all the features we wanted and it saves a lot of time in editing pdf documents. **What problems is FlexiPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to solve my document-related work in the company. Its interface makes it easy to customize PDF documents. Since all tools are perfectly arranged in the interface, we can use FlexiPDF to edit PDF documents with quality, and it also allows adding new pages, removing pages, and writing comments. **What do you dislike about FlexiPDF?** As far as my use, I didn't find any major issue to talk about. **Recommendations to others considering FlexiPDF:** I will recommend others to try this product. The ability to change every element from a PDF to me is remarkable.
