It's a basic PDF editing software. It works pretty well as a text editor, but that is really about all that you can do with it. It tends to mess up fonts pretty badly, but I find it sometimes allows me to edit documents that I can't edit with other PDF software. It has a much smaller footprint than Adobe Acrobat on your system and runs more quickly. If you are using a Mac, you might want to consider PDF Expert as a better alternative.
