The onboarding and implementation process was super easy and we are clearly gaining some good traction so far. The Customer Success/Support team are very helpful too. **What do you dislike about Flexa?** I would have hoped for better capability to track applicants that have come through Flexa - there may well have been some great candidates through them, but we wouldn't know! This has not only helped with employer branding and positioning, but also made it much easier for us to hire for the roles that we are looking for. **What do you dislike about Flexa?** Not a huge amount, but sometimes I'm unsure how to make the most out of the platform when not specifically using it for hiring. They dont just leave you sitting there waiting for people to view our page. They are really supportive with the monthly content ideas really helping us shout about the amazing things we do and care about. **What do you dislike about Flexa?** Our company landing page. We like it, but we would love the ablity to be able to add a little bit more personal branding on there, we would love to make our logo clickable to take people to our website, It would also be great to add in some testimonals with photo's of our colleagues to bring the messages to life! **What problems is Flexa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Even when we are not hiring it's showcasing our brand and culture, and is resianating with talent out there who even if there isnt a right role fo rthem they are contacting us directly. I also really like the employer branding opportunities. **What do you dislike about Flexa?** I know it's being looked into but not being able to easily link with Team tailor is challenging because then I often forget to post on Flexa! Also on the employer branding opportunities, I often ask the team to invest time into doing it but don't always know what the output of it is or results are - which I would like to be able to share back with the team. **What problems is Flexa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to stand out for benefits other than purely compensation. One flag is that in order to celebrate the success fo placing a flexa canddidate, we would need this to flag up on our ATS. Once onboarded I have been throughout the process and am in contast contact with the team to continue sharing the right content to assist with one of our long term objectives - attracting a more diverse talent pool. **What do you dislike about Flexa?** There has been nothing I have disliked with Flexa. It has been GREAT! **What problems is Flexa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flexa is allowing us to attract candidates from a wider audience who may not have previously heard of us. Everyone you meet in the Flexa team are so helpful and lovely. The ability to share your companies policies and updates in their newsletter is great. We regularly get people messaging us about working at Planes from seeing us on Flexa which is awesome for our employer branding. **What do you dislike about Flexa?** Nothing from the employer side! Maybe the search function could be slicker on the job searching side. **What problems is Flexa solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing us to reach a more diverse pool of people. We were engaged the minute we started working with them and continue to be and this is all down to the wonderful team. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have definitely seen an icnrease in job appications to our Company coming through via Flexa which is fantastic to see from a recruitment perspective. The product itself is user friendly, engaging and well put together - both on the front-end and from an administrator perspective. **What do you dislike about Flexa?** I think there should be more areas to add even more information on employer profiles to make them stand out (perhaps more photos/content). If employers are featured by Flexa through their monthly engagement pieces then links to these might also be good. These are 'nice to haves' and improvements but otherwise the offering is great. **What problems is Flexa solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are so many truly flexible employers that need a voice/platform to shout out about that. Flexa does this with impressive statistics on traffic and employers on their platform. This ultimately helps us to attract diverse talent. ### 12. This is so important in today's market for both the individual and employer - so a great mission and cause! **What do you dislike about Flexa?** The product and service is great, but may i add some feedback that I don't think it gives the right look when every person at Flexa replies on their own linkedin post. It dillutes the messaging a bit - so whilst bumping the post, I think it doesn't look so professionally. Perhaps better for some just to like or share, but not everyone to comment. **What problems is Flexa solving and how is that benefiting you?** The site brings candidates that are eager and excited by our mission and believe in our way of working as a company.
