Great for employer branding
Being certified on Flexa not only gives a significantly above industry average pool of diverse candidates visibility of our jobs, but importantly, it shows that we are thinking and trying to improve this as an organisation, as well as flexible approach to working.
The onboarding and implementation process was super easy and we are clearly gaining some good traction so far. The Customer Success/Support team are very helpful too.
