The Complete Pass feature is particularly valuable as it allows our drivers to easily pass through toll booths without having to stop and personally pay. I'm also really happy with the customer service. Initially, I had some frustrations, but once I spoke with Carmela, she connected me to our new account manager Erin, who was fantastic. Erin took the time to explain our billing in a way I could understand and helped identify ways to reduce our toll costs, which was very helpful. **What do you dislike about Fleetworthy?** At first, I was frustrated with the customer service, but after speaking with Carmela, she got me connected to our new account manager Erin. I also like their support staff. They are always willing to help resolve any issues and also to help us to find ways to save money. **What do you dislike about Fleetworthy?** I honestly can't think of any downsides to using Fleetworthy. **What problems is Fleetworthy solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have been very helpful in reducing the number of violation tolls that we get from different municipalities and also cut down on the admin work that we have to do here in the office. ### 4. Now we have a single platform to manage and maintain DOT compliance no matter where we are in the country. **What do you dislike about Fleetworthy?** We ran into a specific issue with customer service and the follow-through on promises during our transition to CP Suite. Some of our requests during the implementation process were not completed, and then the ball continued to be dropped multiple times. On top of that, we weren’t able to meet with staff who could actually resolve our issues. This created ongoing business frustration and delayed our DOT compliance picture. Our fleet benefit daily from receiving not only Scale House Bypass alerts, but custom Safety Alerts. Our last ELD had a fleet worthy option that we could toggled and enable to be flipped directly into the ELD to begin receiving station bypssses. This benefits us by being on the road more and pulling in to get inspected less.
