I can view what time, state, station, and how frequent trucks get pulled in. **What do you dislike about Fleetworthy?** There is a small lack of integration with our ELD, Motive. Our last ELD had a fleet worthy option that we could toggled and enable to be flipped directly into the ELD to begin receiving station bypssses. Currently we have to download fleet worthy as a separate app from Motive. **What problems is Fleetworthy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fleet worthy is solving constant station pull ins. This benefits us by being on the road more and pulling in to get inspected less. Add / Removing license plates in bulk makes my job easier. **What do you dislike about Fleetworthy?** Currently, we receive an email indicating whether the license plate uploads were successful or unsuccessful. That email includes a link that previously opened a spreadsheet showing the status of each unit submitted in the bulk upload. The link in the email no longer works, which is frustrating because it makes it harder to confirm that our units have cost centers assigned. **What problems is Fleetworthy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fleetworthy solves our high volume of tolls for our rental vehicles. We struggled with being able to stay current with the toll invoices that were being received and Fleetworthy solved this. Management has been very willing to step in and help resolve issues that came up that hindered the CSR from meeting our needs. **What do you dislike about Fleetworthy?** Timely communication has been an issue, and Fleetworthy has been taking an active role to correct this. Our list of pending products needed had gotten a bit long before the CSR or I asked for help from management. **What problems is Fleetworthy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fleetworthy management, along with the CSR, implemented weekly Zoom calls to bring our list of outstanding products needed to a Current status.
