"User-Friendly Portal That Makes Bulk License Plate Updates Easy"

What do you like best about Fleetworthy?

The portal is user friendly and self explanatory to an extent. Add / Removing license plates in bulk makes my job easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetworthy?

Currently, we receive an email indicating whether the license plate uploads were successful or unsuccessful. That email includes a link that previously opened a spreadsheet showing the status of each unit submitted in the bulk upload. The link in the email no longer works, which is frustrating because it makes it harder to confirm that our units have cost centers assigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fleetworthy?

The frontline customer service representative works very hard to ensure that our company's needs are met in a timely manner. Management has been very willing to step in and help resolve issues that came up that hindered the CSR from meeting our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetworthy?

Timely communication has been an issue, and Fleetworthy has been taking an active role to correct this.
