I really like that Fleetworthy has phenomenal service, with representatives and customer success managers who are always helpful and willing to engage in quick calls to resolve issues. The auditing services are supportive and help us manage driver files effectively, as well as ensuring DOT compliance. I appreciate the updated CP Suite platform, which is more accessible for admins and end users, allowing real-time messaging from auditors. The customizable dashboard and reporting features through widgets are a huge plus, making it easy for managers in our organization to track only what they need and want without being constrained. It's also easy to use, even for those who aren't tech-savvy, and support is always available when needed. Fleetworthy provides us with a significant return on investment by saving time and money, helping us avoid violations, and tracking maintenance and safety performance. It integrates seamlessly with our HRIS system, making our operations smooth and efficient. Overall, Fleetworthy is a vital tool for our organization.
