The system gives us clear visibility into the factors that are deciding the customer's risk level (High, Medium or Low) which allows us to do a thorough assessment and investigation. In comparison to our previous AML system that operated on a one-day delay (D-1) to assess and tag risk levels, Flagright benefits us with a real-time calculation of risk scoring, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Additionally, the total risk score advised by Flagright is well-structured and logically derived. While Flagright has been highly effective, especially with such a large customer base, one of the few areas that could be improved is the velocity of running the simulation on sampling customers. I find Flagright intuitive and user-friendly, offering a simple and clear platform that consolidates several features effectively to create an outstanding transaction monitoring (TM) system. One of the standout features for me is the ability to simulate rules, which allows us to evaluate and comprehend the impact of these rules before they go live. This feature not only enhances our resource planning efficiency but also supports well-informed decision-making. Additionally, the support from Povilas and the Flagright team is exceptional. Any small issues we encounter with rule functions or the user interface are promptly addressed, with Povilas demonstrating excellent responsiveness and knowledge. He is always willing to help, and if he's unsure of something, he quickly engages the internal teams for support. The setup process was documented and explained clearly, making the transition smooth, and any challenges were quickly met with support from the Flagright team. For me, I would say the function of the simulation of the risk score where it takes time and sample taking is too low. The simulation is important to see the impact on the overall data if we were to change some of the scores or add in new indicators. If this can be achieved, it will be flawless to us. I really appreciate the extremely modular API of Flagright, which is built to handle a large variety of use cases and can manage lots of complexity. The strong and responsive team at Flagright, with strong technical aptitude, is another great aspect. They're very open to feedback, always looking to improve, and it's clear they act on the feedback they receive. The Flagright system surprised us with the level of support we have received throughout the relationship, starting with an excellent implementation stage and ranging to ongoing assistance on rules calibration.

The system itself was really intuitive and easy to learn. It includes a wide range of functionalities, which not only help's you to detect financial crime, but also to manage the monitoring framework itself.

Some people may find that the system lacks certain functions used in other TM providers, but the Flagright team is always ready to listen to your needs and add extended functionality. Flagright is a intuitive solution that is flexible and practical for modern compliance operations. The most helpful thing about Flagright is the versatility and being able to work with our account manager to set up the rules and monitoring that best suits our company's need. The support in answering questions, taking feature requests, and improving our current system is fantastic. There could be some improvements to the way in which Flagright lists the transactions associated with an open alert. The current listing system only flags the last transaction (s) that triggered the flag. The checked transactions often does not provide more insight as they oftentimes list unrelated transactions. Flagright’s platform is intuitive and easy to use. It’s simple to tweak and implement monitoring rules that fit our risk policies. The case management makes it effortless to review alerts and monitor our merchants. What do you dislike?

Flagright enables us to create detailed rules and thresholds specifically tailored our own business activities to detect unusual transactions and patterns. The rule creation and optimisation allows for continuous adaptation as a result of new fraud and AML trends, evolving risks and regulatory changes. Having the ability to flag potential issues and adjust rules based on statistical analysis and new information we can minimize false positives to ensure efficient investigation of genuine concerns.

The system was easy to implement and Flagright was on hand to work with our teams to ensure a smooth integration. The Monitoring Analysts are continuing to learn how to get the best from the system.

Nothing so far. Would be good to be able to opt to mark certain activity for individual cardholders or entities "safe" for a self designated period of time to prevent some rules reoccurring for activity already considered to be normal for those clients at that time.
