**What do you like best about FirstWave Cloud?**

The best thing which I think about it is it excels at providing a robust defense against a wide range of cyber threats, including phishing attacks and malware. Its artificial intelligence-driven approach enable it to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a high level of security for organizations

**What do you dislike about FirstWave Cloud?**

Sometimes it gives false alert in threat detection. Very few times I find that certain legitimate emails are flagged as threats or that some malicious emails go undetected.

**What problems is FirstWave Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstwave cloud could be a valuable asset in today's rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. It offers a unique mixture of AI and machine learning to provide dynamic and adaptive protection against email-based cyber threats. By proactively identifying the threats organizations can reduce the risk of falling victim to phishing attacks. Their services are nice but they need to work on their interface.
