FirstPromoter has great customization options, and the support team went above and beyond. We needed to embed a custom tier widget into the affiliate dashboard and asked support to help position it correctly and pass session data to the iframe automatically. Prince from the support team understood exactly what we needed, added the necessary custom JavaScript on their end, and got it working without us having to make changes on our side. The support bot sometimes gives inaccurate answers about available features, which led to some back-and-forth before reaching a human agent. We use FirstPromoter to manage our affiliate program — tracking referrals, commissions, and payouts in one place. It also gives us enough flexibility to build custom experiences on top of it, like embedding a tier-based commission widget directly into the affiliate dashboard using their Custom Description and JavaScript features. I found the onboarding with FirstPromoter super helpful. I worked closely with Prince Foli to set up a custom build for my website, and it went really well. I appreciate the increased visibility and customization it provides for affiliate partners. The support team was phenomenal, which made a big difference for me. I also like that FirstPromoter looks really good and brandable, turning my referral program into a full-blown SaaS feel, which is exciting. Best customer service...Prince Foli worked diligently with me for 3 days to help with an integration/software glitch I was having between First Promoter and another platform I use. He stayed with me until all the issues were resolved. He never hurried to get rid of me to move on to the next customer. He was often online every morning long before I was due to the time zone difference. But I always had a message waiting for letting me he was ready to continue our work. Who does that these days? He spent hours and hours working with me. Who does that! He's the only person I've ever worked with who provided this kind of service. I can't say enough kind words about him. Because of his great service I'll be a First Promoter customer for a long, long time. Thank you, Prince! You're a great asset to your organization...and a great friend to me.
