First Due Pricing Overview

Our team enjoys the interconnectivity of all the modules, we went from paying for 4 different vendors for scheduling, responder, pcrs, and messaging. One software now does it all. Some flows especially in scheduling are still a little clunky, we have to go into setup to edit snap assignments. This seems to be something that is being worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the response module in First Due particularly promising and I'm intrigued by the digital command board. I appreciate its capability for better tracking of crews on the fireground, which seems to offer a strategic enhancement to operational efficiency. Moreover, the ability to create command board templates tailored for different types of incidents reflects a level of customization that suggests potential for versatile application across various scenarios. I also value the broader networking advantage presented by First Due, which allows for sharing pre-plans with other agencies in our area.
