## About Firetiger
Firetiger is the agentic operations layer for the AI coding era. You're shipping code faster than ever. Half your bugs are still found by customers first. Firetiger agents identify and fix problems in production by combining observability data, codebase understanding, and knowledge of your business. Firetiger does in minutes what your team used to do in hours, without being asked. Monitor. Detect. Investigate. Hand off the fix. Verify it worked. Resume watching. 24/7.

## Firetiger Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlined Monitoring with Stellar Investigative Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Firetiger?**

I like that Firetiger has significantly helped in reducing the time spent working with tooling to access metrics and logs. It's beneficial because I can ask questions like why a service is down and get pretty accurate answers fairly quickly. The investigate feature is particularly useful; it's a simple chat prompt that integrates all areas I've mentioned, helping to determine the root cause of problems. We also use it for researching and debugging software, not just in production. Additionally, we use the agents feature to proactively understand system components and changes. Firetiger has several integrations, like with PagerDuty, Linear, Sentry, and Slack, which we are taking advantage of. Getting log and metric data ingested was relatively easy, making the initial setup very manageable. Overall, I'd probably rate it a 10 for its usefulness and recommend people try it.

**What do you dislike about Firetiger?**

When we onboarded, we needed to give the system more system knowledge, and we just didn't really quite understand how to do that initially. Working with the Firetiger team a little bit, we were able to figure that out, and that significantly improved how the system worked for us.

**What problems is Firetiger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Firetiger for monitoring and observability. It reduces time spent accessing metrics and logs, making system knowledge more available to engineers. I can ask questions like why a service is down and get accurate answers quickly, aiding in investigations.

 ### 2. Streamlined Change Management with Intuitive Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George K. | Founding Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Firetiger?**

I like Firetiger because it fits into our software engineering workflow as one of the final steps before we can consider a change safe to have been landed. It does post-deploy checking and monitoring, which are tasks that usually a human does after trying to get a change out into production. These tasks can be tedious and uninteresting, where you have to sit there and watch a bunch of metrics to make sure they're good. Firetiger has been super helpful in that part of the workflow for our engineering process. The initial setup for Firetiger seemed pretty straightforward with the integration connection flows, and the product dashboard is very intuitive and easier to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Firetiger?**

I wish there was a CLI

**What problems is Firetiger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Firetiger to monitor deployments in our system, assessing change risks and effects through telemetry, making post-deploy checks easier and reducing tedious manual monitoring tasks.
