**What do you like best about Finsmart Accounting?**

Pride in their service, attention to detail, take feedback really well

**What do you dislike about Finsmart Accounting?**

There really isn't anything I dislike. The only adjustment is the time difference but they are able to accommodate meetings on my time.

**What problems is Finsmart Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our firm was drowning in bookkeeping tasks and we had no time to focus on higher-level advisory services or internal business development. We hired Finsmart to take a lot of the bookkeeping tasks off our plate such as categorizing transactions, reconciling bank accounts, month-end journal entries and adjustments, CalSavers, and POS sales entries. They have been nothing but amazing and they have alleviated us of so much of the workload that we can now focus on other things. They are dedicated to providing the best service with great attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy. I could not be happier with their firm.

**What do you like best about Finsmart Accounting?**

Weekly check-in meetings with follow up meeting minutes to make sure we are both on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Finsmart Accounting?**

Finding out we did not document enough of our processes to be ready to hand of the work easily.  That was our problem and not theirs.  They have helped us get these documented.

**Recommendations to others considering Finsmart Accounting:**

Having your processes documented will help with the transition.

**What problems is Finsmart Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finsmart Accounting has done a fantastic job helping my firm with bookkeeping.  The specialists are very knowledgeable and the company has a process for everything.  Solid work coming from them which is saving my firm lots of hours.
