**What do you like best about Fino?**

Fino Payment Bank focused on accessibility and Simplicity. Easy and fast way to open an account without any charges. also provides an doorstep service which is majorly used by Senior citizens. Wife range of accounts are available.

**What do you dislike about Fino?**

Need to work on customer service as sometimes it fails.

**What problems is Fino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fino solves our financial payments as we arrange for Quick door step banking

**What do you like best about Fino?**

It's a new initiative taken by Fino, helping to enroll customers who are far from the banking sector, and also reducing the risk of fraud due to technology failures like biometrics. Customers can also enroll using their mobile phones.

**What do you dislike about Fino?**

When it comes to security and compliance, they need to improve the system. They also need to reduce the time it takes to enroll customers. We don't know, but in the last few years, Fino has been pushed back. If they want to enter the market, they need a new and better strategy.

**What problems is Fino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It puts the entire payment system in your hands. It's easy to use for making any kind of payment without any problems. They need improvements, but they are in the initial phase.
