The only real drawback we’ve encountered is pricing. While the price is absolutely justified for companies with high file volumes, complex routing needs, and heavy daily usage like ours (it easily replaces custom middleware and saves huge development and maintenance time), it feels significantly high for smaller teams or lighter workloads. As a development company, we especially lack flexibility in the pricing model. A client who only needs to synchronize a couple of files per day still ends up paying nearly the same as a large enterprise running thousands of transfers. The product has been “great” for our company and meets our needs in many ways. We’re able to automate file processing and provide a secure platform for sharing files with both internal and external entities.
