The customer support is hands-down some of the best I have ever experienced. I ran into an issue where I uploaded nearly 2,000 files with the wrong naming settings. Even after I deleted them from my Google Drive to try again, the system's duplicate protection kept skipping them.

I reached out to support, and Valentin jumped into the chat right away. He pinpointed the issue, cleared out the old records from their database within minutes, and got me completely back on track. I love how Filently makes organizing my Google Drive a breeze enabling me to 'upload and forget'. I can just drop my new files into the inbox and they get renamed and sorted into the right folders automatically. If Filently isn't sure where a file should go, it asks me for the right location, which is quick and saves me a lot of time. I also really like the premium feature that lets me send an email with a file directly to my inbox in Filently, like when I forward a receipt and it appears in my receipts folder without having to download and re-upload anything. I love how Filently reads what is inside my files to rename them without me having to set up rules or remember to run anything.
