I ran into an issue where I uploaded nearly 2,000 files with the wrong naming settings. Even after I deleted them from my Google Drive to try again, the system's duplicate protection kept skipping them. I reached out to support, and Valentin jumped into the chat right away. He pinpointed the issue, cleared out the old records from their database within minutes, and got me completely back on track. To top it off, he even credited me back 1,750 credits as a gesture of goodwill. You rarely see this level of human, helpful service anymore. **What do you dislike about Filently?** The duplicate detection is a bit strict if you need to wipe your folder and start completely over, but the support team resolves it so quickly that it isn't a real issue.
