What do you like best about FieldChat?

What impresses me the most about Field chat is it makes communicating information right away very easy with the right people. We are able to create channels for specific operations, areas, people etc. We can have group conversations no matter what kind of phone you have. When communicating with frontline supervisors, Field Chat is the fastest way in communicating information. I really like the addition of order log which is great, allowing various people in the channel to communicate quickly amongst themselves as to what needs to be ordered. What do you dislike about FieldChat?

There are no complaints in particular but initially we experienced a few bug at the start and had to restart the app several times and it has worked perfectly since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FieldChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication can be a major issue for organisations especially in a fast and ever changing work environment and I must say Field Chat has been a great tool for communication. From General news such as thunderstorm alerts, job site shut down or concrete pour requests, to more specific elements like work plans, measurement and specs, it's easy to communicate the information right away in a simple format.
