What impresses me the most about Field chat is it makes communicating information right away very easy with the right people. We are able to create channels for specific operations, areas, people etc. We can have group conversations no matter what kind of phone you have. When communicating with frontline supervisors, Field Chat is the fastest way in communicating information. I really like the addition of order log which is great, allowing various people in the channel to communicate quickly amongst themselves as to what needs to be ordered.
