**Describe the project or task Fidelus helped with:**

We hired a company to fix our network, and they had significant issues getting the job done.  A colleague recommended Fidelus, and within a week, we were up and running.  I cannot say enough about the service they provided

**What do you like best about Fidelus?**

They explained everything in detail to the Network company that was supposed to be doing the job and us.

**What do you dislike about Fidelus?**

There was nothing to dislike; they came in and saved the day.

**What problems is Fidelus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were closing our Colo and moving to Azure, and the original company had big issues with the Networking equipment.
