fidelcard Reviews & Product Details

FidelCard is loyalty software enabling independent retailers to run digital customer retention programs without collecting personal data. Using QR codes, customers earn points at checkout by presenting a personal code scanned via smartphone. No names, emails, or phone numbers are required. The platform supports Click and Collect for in-store pickups, with orders placed via the app and managed by merchants. Retailers can set reward tiers based on visits or purchases, with progress visible in the app. Automated segmentation groups customers (e.g., new, regular, loyal) for targeted communications. Gamification features like a roulette wheel and raffles enhance engagement, while promotions and push notifications target specific segments. Analytics track customer frequency, base size, and engagement via a dashboard. FidelCard works on existing smartphones, consolidating loyalty cards from multiple retailers into one app, eliminating the need for separate downloads.
