I’ve been using Feroot for a while now, and I have to say, it’s been a solid addition to our web security setup. With so many threats targeting the client side these days, it’s refreshing to have a tool that actually keeps an eye on what’s happening in real time on the user’s end.

The dashboard is straightforward and easy to get your head around, which makes it simple to spot any dodgy activity or vulnerabilities. Integration was pretty painless too — it slid into our existing systems without much hassle.

One thing I really appreciate is how quickly Feroot flags potential issues. It’s saved us a fair bit of time chasing down false alarms or waiting for server-side alerts that come too late. The support team have also been helpful whenever I’ve had questions, which is always a bonus.

All in all, if you’re looking to shore up your client-side security without faffing about, Feroot is definitely worth a look.

It has taken quite a bit of time to get all our sites set into Feroot's Strikt mode, however this is down to the process of manually testing each bit of functionality for each of the sites, whilst having to make a few changes to components on our site.

As the person who works within Feroot on a daily basis, I do like how easy the application is to navigate. I also appreciate the consultative support that is provided by their employees. I came onto the project later and needed extra handholding to learn how to setup scans. Once I received a quality walkthrough, I found the implementation to be fairly simple. When I first started, I found our initial customer support specialist not to be as helpful as I needed him to be. He moved on voluntarily and our new support specialist, Sina, is awesome. He is so very helpful and if he doesn't know the answer, he's willing to find the answer. The only other downside is the ability to export certain views. I have to work with other teams on getting vulnerabilities resolved and have to share information with users who do not have access to Feroot. Feroot’s PageGuard has been a game-changer for our frontend security posture. Right out of the gate, the ease of use and integration stood out. The setup process was smooth, and we were able to get visibility into our client-side JavaScript behavior almost instantly. Before Feroot, our coverage on client-side threats—especially from third-party JS threats—were minimal. Now, we get actionable alerts about suspicious behaviors such as unauthorized cookie access, data exfiltration attempts, or script injections which not only eases our mind from that perspective but helps us with other initiatives across our legal, privacy and compliance teams. If I had to nitpick, the UI can feel a little intimidating at times where navigating historical alerts and handling alerts can be time consuming and fine-tuning policies can be overwhelming and tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feroot security gives us deep visibility into our website scripts, not just what is on the server, but the scripts that load from scripts that we were unaware of. They really help you see the entire picture of what is loading on the site and where security vulnerabilities may exist down the chain of scripts loading on the site. The platform is complex, it's going to give you a lot of data, don't expect a magical fix button because the service will show you the issues, but to resolve you may need to reach out to vendors or decide to stop using certain vendors or scripts. The best platform on the market with the best solution architecture. Feroot combines multiple data-sources to provide rich and robust insights into how the JavaScript on your website interacts with data.

Feroot enables us to set policy on which scripts are authorised to use different data types, and both alert and enforce against that policy.

The implementation is super simple, and there is always support available. Feroot integrates with all our other key tooling for ticketing, monitoring and alerts.

The team behind Feroot are high perfomers, continually iterating on their product against a strategic roadmap.

We spend months searching for a solution to meet these PCI requirements. We found a number of other vendors who did stuff. None of it had the ease of implementation that we were looking for. Then we found Feroot. It had an Ease of Integration that allowed us to scan our pages without any overhead.

Feroot's ability to integrate into our payment page environments and provide timely notifications & alerts had an immediate impact in helping meet the PCI 4.0 requirements. Their support is world class and timely, with a dedicated resource to help get us through our initial phases of onboarding. After initial setup, we are able to provide consistent monitoring of payment pages and script inventory on a tighter frequency than required by the standards.
