**What do you like best about fcase?**

I like the Fcase tool because it helps me to identify and prevent fraudulent activities. It helps me to detect suspicious activities and take preventive measures to protect my business from fraud. It also helps me to monitor and analyze the data to identify any potential fraud. The tool also helps me to detect any suspicious activities in real time and take immediate action to prevent any losses.

**What do you dislike about fcase?**

they can be difficult to use and require a certain level of technical expertise to operate. Furthermore, they can be difficult to introduce to the customer's executives, especially in the financial sector.

**What problems is fcase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fraud Orchestrator helps organizations detect and prevent fraud by providing a comprehensive set of tools and features. It uses advanced analytics and machine learning to detect suspicious activity and alert organizations to potential fraud. It also provides detailed reports and analytics to help organizations better understand their fraud risk and take appropriate action.

**What do you like best about fcase?**

We can easily use and customize UI for fraud operators. The operators can reach all necessary information for relevant cases in once screen. Products have good reports and we can easily analyze what the operators need to see. 

**What do you dislike about fcase?**

At this point, I can say nothing for now. 

**What problems is fcase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through FCase we can assign the cases to the operators automatically from the pool instead of manual assignment. FCase integrate with other fraud solutions, collect data from them easily and investigate all of them with FCase

Seeing the full picture has really enabled clarity and efficiency in fraud prevention and improved data visualisation

No machine learning capabilities but I know it’s on the way

Highly recommend using FCase to bring all the data together as seeing and managing the full picture of fraud is a must for any fraud operations 

**What problems is fcase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our project we were hoping to find efficient and advanced fraud prevention techniques. We effectively managed to see the full picture of fraud for the first time

Fcase is a key solution for fragmentation in fraud management is to aggregate fraud data into one system, an enterprise system where all activity can be monitored under one roof.

**What do you dislike about fcase?**

For now, there is nothing I can say I did not like.

I would highly recommend using Fcase to unit all the data for helping your streamline and entirely managing your fraud operations.

**What do you like best about fcase?**

Good and customizable UI for fraud operators. UX is designed to maximize productivity. All data the operator needs to analyze a transaction can be found on one screen. In fraud analysis, needs may change daily and Fcase customization properties come in handy. Another amazing benefit is in reports. All data can be used for producing real time reports.

**What do you dislike about fcase?**

None so far. We have been using Fcase for a while now and the team is really quick to response for our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering fcase:**

Fcase is highly customizable and the team is eager to improve their product. Your needs and requirements are taken into account and you may see them on their next upgrade. I’d recommend to do a quick demo or a PoC. 

**What problems is fcase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using anti-fraud systems close to a decade and continually scan for new products and improve our own tools. So far I can say is that whatever the fraud system, case management part is always messy and hard to use, UX feels like 90s web sites. That is a problem because fraud operators need to focus on transactions and analyze, but the UX makes it hard for them to focus on task at hand. Fcase solves this by their customizable UI.
Fcase uses new gen. technologies such as elastic search etc. which enables higher performance under heavy load. This is essential for fraud management systems since online transaction count keeps increasing. By using new gen tech and feeding the system with lots of data, it is possible to produce all sorts of reports on real time. Future improvements (adding neural networks to this data etc.) are limitless.

The effective use of the workforce has enabled our monitoring team to perform automatic assignment of transactions. In addition, the performance of the monitoring team in measuring the different parameters has been allowed to be used.

The team quickly and positively responds to us regarding the issues we need or dislike.

The flexible structure of the Fcase allows the function to be used far beyond its purpose. Fcase offers us many options for risk management.

The flexible structure of Fcase allows it to be used for functions far beyond its intended purpose. Fcase offers us many options in risk management. It enables the objective measurement of our monitoring team's performance. Historical reports obtained through Fcase support us in future workforce planning.

**What do you like best about fcase?**

Reporting is phenomenal. PSD2, operator leaderboard, performance comparison among operators, utilization reports for the whole team... They provide an intensive visibility around the operations of fraud prevention.

**What do you dislike about fcase?**

At this point there is nothing I can say I did not like. I would ask the product to have more rule engine-like capabilities, and they tell me that Fcase has a filter that works when the event/case is in, but it is not really a rule engine that performs fraud detection. It may not be fair to ask a fraud operations solution to have fraud detection capabilities, but then it would be perfect with that and maybe we would not even need a transaction monitoring solution in the back.

**Recommendations to others considering fcase:**

Definitely get a demo or a POC. It will connect all your fraud systems in a single UI and your fraud operations  team will speed up very quickly. If you change your fraud detection systems, whole operation will just keep using Fcase and won't feel anything has changed.

**What problems is fcase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a very long time our banking customer had a pool of cases, that operators pick from. It means manual process and it was prone to errors. With Fcase the cases are assigned automatically and there is no manual pick. It seriously increased the speed of investigations, and dropped the average case resolution time to minimal. Thanks to it's architecture, we're able to collect data from different fraud prevention solutions, and investigate all of them in a central system. Fcase reports all the details about case investigation processes, operator performances and time utilization, which helps our banking customer to see what's going on in detail and provision their team and shifts accordingly.

It just meets the needs of financial institutions in their fight to control fraud


**What do you dislike about fcase?**

nothing in particular, may be just the fact that the international experience is limited , but the company is now building up a very solid team with very experience professional

**Recommendations to others considering fcase:**

ROI can be demonstrated with a POC, we strongly recommend to perform one as the results are quite conclusives

**What problems is fcase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralising all Fraud operation is a need all tier 1 & 2  banks  have, and until today surprisingly, this crucial function is not done

Integration with third parties as naturally as you should be. With FCASE you can easily count with a best of breed technology to help you with your fraud management

**What do you dislike about fcase?**

Not a lot... obviously, there are a myriad of antyifraud techonologies that would be integrated in a near future. But is a young company with bright future.

You can have a lot more of intormation coming from fraud operations than before, centralizing all of you fraud cases in one single tool

A central tool for Operations to manage all Fraud detections was missing in IT Security industry since beginning . This tool will definitely stand out and will make a difference.

The product requires more internationalization by enabling partners globally to sell and support the product
