**What do you like best about Fastwork?**

If you are a freelance seeking for a job/task, use Fastwork. In Thailand, Fastwork is probably the best middleman freelance platform out there. Fastwork is very easy and convenience to use, moreover, it protects both the freelance and customer as the cost for the work will be held with Fastwork until the freelance delivers the agreed work to the customer. This also prevents the customer from not paying the customer money when the customer receives the work. Fastwork opens a lot of job themes, from translating work, essay writing, video editing,etc. If you have any skills, want to be a freelance, living in Thailand, I recommend Fastwork.

**What do you dislike about Fastwork?**

There are many areas where I dislike Fastwork. First, the commission is super high at 17%. It seems that the platform is not that good to charge 17% commission per transaction. The commission also doesn't decrease based on the price of the work. Second, the mobile application is not that good and it crashes from time to time. Third, the customer support is super bad. The site operates 24 hours but the customer support operates 8 hours. Moreover, it seems that they have only like 5 employees working as a customer support. They are so hard to contact and if any issues araise, it takes years for it to be fixed. Lastly, what I hate most is how the platform always side with the customer. When the customer is wrong, it seems that Fastwork never side with the freelance. Therefore, if the freelance encounter issues with the customers, just be prepared to lose the paid amount. Fastwork will do anything that makes the customer happy. And, for whatever is left, they will still take commission from it.

**Recommendations to others considering Fastwork:**

If you are a freelance and finding a platform to start selling your work, I believe that Fastwork is probably the best site/platform right now in Thailand. Even though it is the best in Thailand, it is still the worst at the same time due to its high commission, poor customer service, and how the site always side with the customer even though the customer is wrong.

**What problems is Fastwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I found a job, I'm a freelance at Fastwork. Fastwork allows me to sell my offers and also have connections to many customers to a point that I have enough customers and open a freelance site/account on my own. To a certain extent, due to their high commission, since Fastwork allows freelance and customers to exchange contact, I believe that it is best to connect to them offline for the second work as the customer is already confident in the freelance that the freelance will not freely run off with their money.
