If you are a freelance seeking for a job/task, use Fastwork. In Thailand, Fastwork is probably the best middleman freelance platform out there. Fastwork is very easy and convenience to use, moreover, it protects both the freelance and customer as the cost for the work will be held with Fastwork until the freelance delivers the agreed work to the customer. This also prevents the customer from not paying the customer money when the customer receives the work. Fastwork opens a lot of job themes, from translating work, essay writing, video editing,etc. If you have any skills, want to be a freelance, living in Thailand, I recommend Fastwork. There are many areas where I dislike Fastwork. First, the commission is super high at 17%. It seems that the platform is not that good to charge 17% commission per transaction. The commission also doesn't decrease based on the price of the work. Second, the mobile application is not that good and it crashes from time to time. Third, the customer support is super bad. The site operates 24 hours but the customer support operates 8 hours. Moreover, it seems that they have only like 5 employees working as a customer support. They are so hard to contact and if any issues araise, it takes years for it to be fixed. Lastly, what I hate most is how the platform always side with the customer. When the customer is wrong, it seems that Fastwork never side with the freelance. Therefore, if the freelance encounter issues with the customers, just be prepared to lose the paid amount.
