"Secure Password Self-Service and Identity Verification"

5/5

What do you like best about FastPass SSPR?

The platform solves, not just the user password self-service problem, but really the security, compliance and helpdesk challenges with password reset as well. The platform can be deployed at a single customer, a group of companies, or a managed service provider. In all scenarios, it can update the password cache if the end user is not in the office, help the MSP/helpdesk to verify the identity of someone with a support requirement and offer a wide variety of verification options in the self-service process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FastPass SSPR?

The tool's unique features sometimes get lost in the sea of other offerings in the market. Unique offerings that I like, for instance MSP module or IVM, get compared to general password reset solutions. Some looks might be dated. No Mac OS self-service client.
