"Great for Socializing and Marketplace, But Needs Better Security"
What do you like best about Facebook?

I love how Facebook facilitates making new friends and sharing my experiences and photos easily with family. The ease of uploading photos and videos is something I truly appreciate. The platform also allows me to check news quickly, which is very convenient. I find the marketplace feature particularly valuable for finding really cheap things when I need to buy something, showing how it helps me connect with a community for various needs. Additionally, I enjoy the short videos I can discover on Facebook and share them easily with friends, or choose to keep them private. Overall, these features enhance my social connectivity and provide me with different functionalities that I find user-friendly and enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

I think Facebook could be improved in terms of security. Someone else took over my account, and I couldn't recover it, forcing me to create another one. This was particularly frustrating because when I tried to create a new account, I found the process difficult. They requested a lot of information which I think is necessary, but I couldn't use the same name I had previously, which added to the inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Can't afford to not use it for many clients but ethics are questionable!"
What do you like best about Facebook?

Facebook still has a huge reach despite younger people leaving for other social media networks. It's features such as Event Pages and Groups make it very useful for staying in touch with an audience for arts clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

They appear to keep 'moving the goalposts' when it comes to reaching your audience in the best way and seem to be making it increasingly difficult to reach all your followers without paying for adverts and paid boosts. There are also questionable ethics when it comes to their approach to political messaging and use of data.

There is also an increasing amount of sponsored posts and 'suggested' content being pushed into your timeline rather than your actual friends' and colleagues' content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
