"Easy to Navigate, Secure, and Great for Connecting Communities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook?

I love that Facebook can be used for different reasons, post pictures and videos, connect with other people, have an online business, also for research on different topics; I also like that it is private and secure; I love the other groups you can connect with depending on what you like, you can have your own community, and the interface is very easy to navigate even as a beginner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

The only thing I would say I do not like is how anyone can message, put you into one chatting group without my consent, it annoys me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Connecting, Lacks Digital Product Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Facebook?

I like that Facebook makes it easy to connect with people, promote my work, discover new content, and reach a wider audience. I use Facebook pages, marketplace, groups, and reels to promote my work, connect with communities, and find potential customers. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to create an account and start using it without needing technical knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

One thing I found frustrating was trying to promote my digital product on Facebook Marketplace. Facebook did not allow me to list the digital product because it requires customers to use an external link to purchase it. This made it difficult to use Marketplace to sell my digital product directly to interested customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Business Connections and a Strong Professional Presence on Facebook"
5/5
What do you like best about Facebook?

What I like best about Facebook is that it makes it easy to connect with employees, clients, customers, and potential applicants. It is also a useful platform for sharing business updates, recruitment posts, and company activities while building a professional online presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

Some features can feel overwhelming due to frequent updates and notifications. It would also be helpful if managing business pages, messages, and privacy settings were more streamlined and easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An All-in-One Hub for Groups, Messenger, Events, and Staying Connected"
5/5
What do you like best about Facebook?

At first, I only opened Facebook to check updates from friends, but I gradually kept using it because it became a simple way to stay connected with different groups of people during my internship and college. I relied on Groups to follow discussions related to student communities, while Messenger made it easier to continue conversations without switching to another app. The News Feed helped me keep track of updates from classmates, clubs, and pages I followed, and I ended up using Events more often than I expected because campus activities and online sessions were frequently shared there. I also liked being able to save posts that I wanted to revisit later instead of trying to remember where I had seen them. Over time, these features naturally worked together, so I checked one app instead of looking in several places for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

The News Feed can still feel unpredictable. Even after following certain groups or pages closely, their posts sometimes appear much later than expected, while unrelated recommendations take up more space than I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Lead Quality and ROI, but a Clunky UI and Nearly Nonexistent Support"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook?

It's still one of the most popular social media sites, and the quality of leads you get there surpass most others.

It is more likely that a person from FB will convert to a purchasing customer.

It is rich in features and integrations that generally make it a seamless experience for most users, and the AI features are quite helpful.

Performance is usually great across multiple platforms/devices, and their ads do usually lead to an uptick in purchases, so the ROI generally is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

The UI is really clunky and bloated, with many confusing options. It is generally hard to find things that you want quickly.

Their Support is also, basically, non-existant. Try not to need help, because there is no live chat, there is no phone support, and there is no email - by far one of the worst experiences for support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps me connected with friends and family, though the feed can get cluttered"
5/5
What do you like best about Facebook?

The algorithm does a great job of surfacing life updates from friends and family that I actually care about, while the 'Memories' feature adds a nice nostalgic touch. Additionally, the Marketplace is incredibly convenient for buying and selling locally without needing a separate app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

Facebook is the overwhelming volume of ads and suggested content that clogs up the main feed. It often feels like I have to dig through multiple sponsored posts and 'Recommended For You' pages just to see a handful of updates from my actual friends and family. Additionally, the notification system can be overly aggressive, sending alerts for irrelevant activity while sometimes missing important ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facebook: A Highly Useful Utility and Practical Digital Directory"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook?

The Facebook app remains a highly useful utility, even as its cultural role has shifted from a trendy social network to a practical digital directory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

It is incredibly frustrating when you report a post that is clearly harmful, dangerous, or abusive, only to get an automated message from Facebook saying, "We reviewed the post and found it doesn't go against our Community Standards." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Staying Connected Made Easy with Facebook’s Stories, Watch, and Marketplace"
5/5
What do you like best about Facebook?

I really like Facebook because it keeps me connected with my friends and family through posts and stories. The watch section has amazing videos, and the marketplace is very useful for discovering interesting items near my area. I use the free version of Facebook, and it provides exceptional value without costing any money. The platform offers great entertainment, messaging, and community features completely for free, which is very useful for daily life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook?

The amount of spam notifications and irrelevant political posts has increased a lot on the main feed. Also, the mobile app sometimes consumes too much battery and gets laggy while scrolling through long videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
