## Fable Reviews
  ### 1. Great experience with Fable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Fable?**

It has been a pleasure working with the Fable testers and support team. Their valuable feedback has helped us remove accessibility barriers from the early stages of development. The test setup process is easy and flexible. In addition, the video clip sharing feature is an amazing way to share findings with people within the same company who are not registered on the Fable platform. I would also like to give special thanks to Rohan, Ary, and Ellie for being responsive to my special requests, such as testing with connected TV users and bilingual users.

**What do you dislike about Fable?**

Working with Fable has been a great experience, and it's difficult to think of anything negative to say. However, one suggestion I have is that within project analytics, provide users with a way to choose the tests that they wish to choose to be included in the report.

**What problems is Fable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the primary benefits of using Fable is that it provides us with a diverse pool of testers with varying backgrounds and experiences. This helps us ensure that our products are accessible and usable to a wide range of users. For example, we recently conducted a few interviews with voice assistant users, which helped us better understand ways to make our voice platforms more accessible. We also conducted some interviews with screen reader users to gain insights about the best way to make VoiceOver labels accessible, and they helped us understand the user expectations around focus management, such as how users expect focus to behave when moving from screen to screen.

In addition, Fable's platform allows us to quickly and easily set up and run tests, which has saved us a significant amount of time and resources compared to conducting tests internally.

  ### 2. I will always recommend Fable to everyone in the industry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annie A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Fable?**

As a user experience designer and researcher who has experience with a lot of platforms and tools, Fable is unmatched in terms of customer success. Everyone I have worked with at Fable from the customer success team, sales, research, support, and more, has been supportive and invested in our accessibility journey at my organization. Their product and platform is also amazing, but I especially value my relationship with everyone at Fable - I almost want to call them my colleagues because we have such a collaborative working relationship that I have not experienced anywhere else.

**What do you dislike about Fable?**

There are no downsides to working with and using Fable. They are consistently iterating their product and releasing new features based on user needs and feedback, and their customer support and relationship management is always above and beyond.

**What problems is Fable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fable enables reliable collaboration with and feedback from people with disabilities so that you can shift accessibility left in product development. By connecting you with their community, they remove one of the biggest barriers in UX (recruitment) which is even more difficult when trying to reach people with disabilities who use a variety of different assistive technologies.

**What do you like best about Fable?**

Fable is an user reserach platform ,its aims to make research more accessible to the disabled ,this can help a large no of people who are disabled to have a better life amidst their disabilities. This research will help on understanding the actual problem people have ,and the struggles they are going through each day.

**What do you dislike about Fable?**

The have a noble cause of connecting disabled people to user-research, which helps them to have a better product built for them that can ease their life, so i don't find anything disliking about them.

**What problems is Fable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fable solving the most critical problem of the disabled of having accessibility issues, there are products to help the disabled ,but do we know that they are very comfortable with that until unless the user himself addresses this issue,so fables' approach to user-research is commendable because it understands the importance of incorporating the perspectives of the individuals with disabilities.

**What do you like best about Fable?**

Fable is a user research platform that aims to make research more accessible to visually impaired people. This has the potential to help a large number of disabled people live better lives despite their condition. This research will help us better grasp the real problems that individuals confront on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Fable?**

They have a good aim of linking disabled individuals to user research, which allows them to build a better product for them that can improve their lives, so I don't dislike them.

**What problems is Fable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are goods to help the disabled, but do we know that they are extremely comfortable with that until the user himself tackles this issue, therefore fables' approach to user-research is admirable since it appreciates the necessity of embracing the opinions of those with impairments.
