What do you like best about EZO EAM?

Ease of use; seemingly limitless breadth of items that can be tracked in it; details that can be captured (e.g. photos of the item, purchase dates); simple and effective UI makes it very easy to update and encourages the team to actually use it frequently and consistently. What problems is EZO EAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm part of a team who are spread across multiple states and all of us need to physically work across many different projects in remote / rural areas, and to use a wide variety of different assets and tools when doing so. Prior to my manager's implementation of EZOfficeInventory, we would frequently be accessing storage facilities, lay-downs and sites only to find that crucial equipment had been moved elsewhere, or had gone missing. We would often be sending whole-team emails asking "Where is such vehicle X and who has the keys?" "Does anyone know where the charger and spare battery for tool Y?" or "When was the last time item Z was calibrated / serviced?" This was disorganized and inefficient. Since implementation of EZOfficeInventory, those issues are behind us - everything's tracked and logged in a central system that everyone has access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
