What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I like eZCom Software EDI for its ease of use and responsive customer support. It's straightforward to navigate, making it easy to manage EDI transactions. I appreciate that retailer onboarding and setup are generally smooth and that the application simplifies complex EDI requirements. The customer service team has been very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful whenever questions or issues arise, which helps us resolve problems quickly and maintain uninterrupted communication with our customers. eZCom also automates document processing, reduces manual entry, improves accuracy, and provides better visibility into orders, shipments, and invoices. What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

While eZCom works well overall, one customer requires additional manual processing and follow-up. It has to do with the mapping. More flexibility in transaction mapping and configuration options would help reduce the amount of time needed to manage exceptions. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I like eZCom Software EDI because it provides an easy-to-navigate platform that simplifies processing incoming orders, making it quick to do. It's user-friendly compared to other options, and I appreciate how easy everything is to use. I also really like that if there are problems, reaching a representative is quick and easy, and they always resolve issues quickly. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

The customer service! I'm impressed by how quickly my calls are answered and how much patience they show me. I'm relatively new to this software, and the more I use it, the more intuitive it becomes. There has only been one time when the representative and I couldn't find a solution to my problem. He quickly set up a Zoom call with another representative to resolve it. What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

My only suggestion would be a pop-up when unpacking. It would be helpful! I learned that if I unpack, then I'll lose the labels that I've already generated. If I have a new colleague working on printing labels, it would be great for eZCom to be my backup in warning the user not to unpack, or else they'll lose their already generated labels, which could have already been printed. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

Receiving, acknowledging orders, and billing our customers is such a breeze with EDI. I actually prefer receiving orders through EDI, manually entering the invoices on this platform is also very easy. I use this software for about 3-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Customer service is always super helpful as well, we've integrated with Scheels, Ace, TrueValue, Do It Best, and Orgill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

Our company uses eZCom has a 3rd party EDI provider for all of our US business, we receive orders and changes through the platform and send order acknowledgments, ASNs and Invoices. We use the portal every day and it smoothly integrates our orders into our ERP system and receives ASNs form our warehouse WMS.

Once you understand the system it is so easy to know what to adjust where needed. Set ups for accounts, new skus or anything else have very detailed instructions so you know you aren't missing anything.

The team is so helpful, any issue that pops up is resolved quickly and efficiently, it is easy to understand what went wrong/what is missing with the popups. If the representative you are speaking with doesn't know an immediate resolve they will reach out to their colleges for assistance and will escalate to a senior member of their team. I only have positive things to say about my interactions with the eZCom team, they have a "no dumb questions attitude". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

It can be a little hard to get a grasp of it if you haven't had previous experience with a similar system and aren't familiar with the interrogation lingo, but once you get an understanding of it is is extremely user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

This software option allows us to offer and utilize EDI without having the keep in house software and IT Tech support. Lingo takes care of it all and their phone support is always extremely helpful, especially with techy items that are hard to understand. They walk you through anything! What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

Their support staff has been vary available and helpful. They are pleasant to work with and have guided me through each step of the process. I can reach out to them any time without concern. I don't have to stress over being able to be effective with the product.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I find the service excellent and very easy to communicate with. I really like how flexible they are when you reach out with an issue—they will solve it in the blink of an eye. The flexibility of eZCom Software EDI is especially valuable in adapting to the varying requirements of our trading partners. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I really appreciate how easy it is to manage a large number of orders at once with their batch processing tools - it saves me so much time. Whenever I need help, their support team is quick to respond and actually solves the issue without hassle. Having U.S.-based support available when I call is a huge plus for me. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I like that eZCom Software EDI is intuitive. After learning how to use it, everything functions as it should, and I can figure out a lot of things on my own. Whenever there is an error with one of my documents, eZCom software makes it easy for me to see where the problem is, and it's usually a quick fix because the system explains it clearly. If there's anything I need extra support with, the excellent eZCom customer service team is there. It also allows for smooth order management and transmission of documents without needing to use email. The system saves us time by making it easy to manage multiple orders at once. What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

Sometimes I have to print out labels or paperwork for 30+ shipments at a time and they all need to be separate PDF documents. I would love an option to print paperwork for multiple orders that doesn't put everything into one attachment/file.
