It will hinder communication that, though I can invite up to 49 additional people to enter the video meeting room, not ALL are visible at the same time. Eight people, only, can be seen simultaneously on the screen during a meeting or chat. I like that you don't have to download it like you would with other video software like Zoom, for instance. Not everyone has Zoom downloaded to their computer and for a lot of older individuals this is something that's difficult for them to figure out. Eyeson makes it easy for anyone to video chat. This is great for use with customers, especially the screen share feature. That's something we use a fair amount. It really brings clarity to what might otherwise be a confusing situation. There is a bit of delay. I'm not 100% sure if it's the software or individual internet connection but that's a problem we don't seem to have as often with other video chat softwares. Another downside is the fact that there is no ability to allow for an email receipt to the customer at the end of the interaction.
