One Affiniti is easy to use. They create relevant content in the form of a monthly newsletter. All we have to do is review and accept. Simple.

Sometimes the website submissions and web platform to organize content takes a bit to load.

They come up with the best content to drive our sales! They make it so easy and I love working with them!

I really havent found any downsides, except submitting invoices is time consuming, but necessary!

I use them for a touch point for my clients and prospective clients. Its nice to be able to send out great content and have Sovran associated with it.

Onward has worked in partnership with OneAffiniti and Lenovo with their marketing programs for the past several years.  Very responsive and easy to work with.

I don't have any complaints but if I had to mention one thing it would be the turnover of reps.

OneAffiniti makes marketing quick and easy for a busy small MSP with no dedicated marketing person.

I'd recommend the OneAffiniti team because they never failed to follow up with questions or concerns.

For e-newsletters, there were times where our article edits or the graphic design team would take longer than we expected. However communication is always great.

**What problems is Extu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team struggled to get more "updates" or tech tip blogs out to our prospects, so the OneAffiniti team helped us get back on track with monthly e-newsletters. We benefit from the pre-approved content in the e-newsletters.

There is not much to dislike about the platform. It's a done for your and supplements our sales activity.

I like all the options for social posts and email campaigns. It makes my life easier to not have to worry about scheduling them myself.

The only thing I don't like about the social posts is that they post more frequently than we choose to do so on our social pages.

As of now, nothing came up with a disadvantage
