**What do you like best about Extu?**

Every month, OneAffiniti sends an email with updated content from my vendor.  It is customizable, as I choose which articles and products to showcase in what order, and when it gets sent out.  They email the contacts I provide, and also post regularly for my LinkedIn audience.  I'm sure I can do much more with the platform than I already do.  As is it meets my needs with little effort required each month, only about 15 minutes to create a professional newsletter.

**What do you dislike about Extu?**

My vendor only provides so many options for articles and products.  There is likely some way to write custom articles, but I haven't gotten into that yet.  That is not OneAffiniti's fault.

**What problems is Extu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without having dedicated marketing staff, it is difficult to find the time to produce a professional newsletter to keep clients engaged.    With OneAffiniti, I send one out every month with helpful tips and information for my clients and keep my business fresh in their minds.

I like the relevance of the articles related to our industry and how it helps to position our company as knowledgeable in these areas.  The program has helped us to create name recognition and message frequency on platforms such as LinkedIn.  As a small business, gaining access to off-the-shelf and ready-made professional marketing collateral is gold!

**What do you dislike about Extu?**

There are sometimes too many education-focused articles. I'd like to see more articles that are B2B specifically and that are not overly technical.  Have some more general articles that not so completely IT/CIO specific that might appeal to smaller businesses that don't necessarily have internal IT departments.

OneAffiniti has helped us gain name recognition/exposure on platforms such as LinkedIn.  This helps to position our company as relevant in the technology industry

Great marketing campaigns to assist in generating customer leads and projects. We send out campaign news letters once a month to update customers on what's going on in the IT industry.

**What do you dislike about Extu?**

Nothing since it works well and haven't had any issues. It's easy to use and mange, scheduling campaigns are easy, managing customer lists for the campaigns makes things simple.

Great marketing campaigns! They extremely easy to use when accepting the campaigns and scheduling the send-out date. Customer's seem to enjoy the news letters and has helped drive new customer projects and leads for our company.

Helping us send out up to date information to customers on what's going on in the IT industry to help drive leads and new projects. We have discoverd that keeping the customers up to date on what's happening in the IT industry drives new projects and needs for the customer.

A very hands-off (think: set it and forget it) service for MSPs.  Enables MSPs and providers who are focused on service delivery to keep their eyes on the ball vs marketing (which, let's be honest, isn't always the core competency for an MSP!)

**What do you dislike about Extu?**

Would be great to edit the newsletter, and to have the ability to include small business owners that use @gmail.com as their domain.  Some small companies will purchase hardware and other services, but still use a free @gmail.com address for their business.  It's unfortunate that these folks are excluded from receiving e-mails.

**What problems is Extu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have time to create content on a regular basis.  OneAffiniti has helped address this for us by providing a service that takes care of it for us.  The information is shared in a professional manner with company branding included; it's a great fit.

The biggest advantage of OneAffiniti is the quality of the content and the ability to automate the delivery to several platforms; Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn, email. The program has been extremely valuable, and our clients love it.

There is nothing to dislike. I have access to marketing material from multiple manufacturers and I can choose what is most relevant to my business.

Give it a try. It's easy to set up and the support is excellent.

We don't have a marketing department, so OneAffiniti provides me with quality marketing material that I can automate to send on a regular basis to many platforms and it only takes a little time to set up initially. After set up it runs on it's own. You only need to make updates to your mailing list as needed and add new channels if you wish.

The product is straightforward to work with. Monthly campaigns are sent over for your review.   This allows you to choose what information will be sent over to your clients and what exact contact info you are looking to get back.

The following is not a reflection on "OneAffiniti".  Because on many occasions, the business partners are late in submitting what monthly information they are looking to provide, this sometimes extends an email out from the 3rd or 4th week of the month.

Not much to dislike. Would like to do more customization for special events, webinars, trade shows, live and virtual demos, etc. Custom content needs to be submitted to the OneAffiniti team and they will prepare it within the confines of their system.

If you need an easy-to-use platform to deliver marketing content on a regular basis, you can't go wrong with OneAffiniti.

Never have to dream up content, as there is always a collection of promos, useful topics and real-world solutions available to build a campaign. Benefits of keeping engaged with your customer and prospect lists is definitely valuable to building sales.

One Affiniti provides an incredible opportunity for our information technology to keep in contact with our clients.  Like clockwork, every month, One Affiniti creates an informative newsletter that even allows for us to provide custom content.  Once approved, they take care of emailing our clients for us.  This service offers  opens doors for us to market potential clients and future  sales.  One Affiniti does all of the time-consuming work for us!  They do an incredible job too!  My company highly recommends One Affiniti!

The Content that OneAffiniti creates is always so relevant to our SMB Clients (and also to some Education/Enterprise Clients a well). The Technologies that they write about are always the latest/greatest and frankly sometimes its even an eye opener for us.
We would strongly recommend using them for your automated Newsletter Marketing. A++

Not 'dislike' per se, but perhaps if they gave the option for us (clients) to create/add/write a piece in the newsletter that might be a great addition. Heck, they could use our content and distribute it to other clients, with our permission. :)

Newsletters are such a tedious time consumer. have always been, but they're also fairly effective.
OneAffiniti's hands-off Newsletter service allows us to focus more on our core business all the while choosing best in class articles that we feel are the best fit for our clientele.

More features to edit newsletter, option to choose which platform to post daily and another weekly would be nice. I think documentation and interface can be improved example I am struggling to connect Linkedin account with OneAffiniti, I know it might be easy but i am not able to find it lol..

You don't need to compile the email, newsletters and OneAffiniti will take care of all that business. Automate your needs and enjoy the results; that is awesome! we can focus on other stuff

**What do you like best about Extu?**

I had the opportunity to work with Erwin Bacaycay, the Partner Marketing Rep, who was so patient with me when I first got introduced to OneAffiniti. Not only were they accomodating with my schedule, but as soon as I gave them my email list, they ended up taking care of the rest, posting to email and my social media while I only had to review and approve. As someone terrible at copywriting, they did the one job I couldn't do and made my presence much more professional, and it only took 24 hours for my change request to be completed and updated to the live bulletin.

There weren't many things I disliked about OneAffiniti and its service. I felt as if the design and layout of the newsletter could look more branded with the company rather than being a generic page for all.

A problem I am solving with OneAffiniti is finally populating content to my LinkedIn profile which I generally don't do. The benefit to that is that people are reading the newsletters posted and have seen more social media growth that way.

**What do you dislike about Extu?**

I wish they would have held me more accountable to have been forced to learn more. Being a "learn it all" has pros and cons. Sometimes the desire to learn makes you a bottleneck, but when you have a solid Partner like OneAffiniti, they can say that's nice, Scott, and then go right around me and deliver Best in Class Services for everyone to enjoy. Trying to find something I disliked about OneAffiniti was way more complicated than I thought. Guess I'd say that I dislike OneAffiniti because they intentionally made me feel like a failure as I failed to find anything I disliked about their team, solutions, and processes. Good thing I like to fail fast and soak up all the lessons learned.

The tooodooo platform allows you to create a private social/community network built to your targets.  You then create your programs that afford your targets the ability to receive rewards ( cash, gifts, discounts, etc.) based upon their achievement defined in your program.  Easy to do, a simple one takes 10 minutes!

When reward programs do not focus on the right targets with programs to enhance performance.

OneAffiniti comes up with the best original content for those of us that are NOT marketing people. THey make it easy to keep contact with current and potential clients.

The only dislike i may h ave, is submitting invoices after each month. And that's only because i forget to do it on routine (sorry OneAffiniti!)

My advice is that you get started YESTERDAY with OneAffiniti. They are easy to use, offer the best content, and most importantly they put up with me so that's saying something.

I like that this program is paid for by our vendor partners (at no cost to us) and it allows us to market current information to our customer base very easily.

There's not much to dislike - it's set to auto-send and they give us information on any of our contacts that fill out the information to win the free prizes offered.  One of our vendor partners used to give rewards for uploading invoices and that stopped but I think that was the vendor partner's choice and not OneAffiniti's program.

Provides a great variety of services such as travel incentives, Prepaid and online rewards to increase growth. I liked the option to custom plans and admin portals.

There is nothing I dislike. You can explore all features in their website to choose the one that will helpyour business the most. Has great pre build modules and pachages to use.

Helps to implement great communication plans, CRm integration packs and great technology to use. Incentive Solutions allow our company to feed data to all plataforms easily while providing great reporting and dashboards.

**What do you like best about Extu?**

OneAffiniti makes marketing to our customers a breeze!  I upload the customers I want to receive emails and our personal representative takes care of the rest.  Relevant articles to our business model and contests go out to our customers periodically.  All I have to do is approve the emails, it's a great way for us to keep in touch with our client base!

**What do you dislike about Extu?**

Nothing!  With a busy schedule, it's a nice perk to have someone create marketing emails for us.

We did away with our marketing emails years ago.  This program has helped us keep in touch with customers who have stopped coming in.

I have not found anything that I dislike about the platform. I would say the support is somewhat lacking and could use a boost. Other than that everything has worked well for us.

I was looking for a way to scale my marketing efforts and I found this. OneAffiniti offers a unique combination of technology, people, data and services to drive partner participation while providing valuable end-user and partner insights. This is the best way to grow my affiliate business and I haven't seen anything like it anywhere.

I wish that I had known about OneAffiniti a long time ago. Without OneAffiniti, it takes me a lot longer to increase brand exposure, allowing me to scale my marketing and drive more sales.

At the moment, nothing. I just cannot log in to the account, upload no list and the reset password doesn't work.

account managers do not check if users have technical issues unsolved, if it is solved or even attended, they just message you they will close your account you cannot log on, its either hilarious or not funny at all from a user/customer experience.

The OneAffinity programs we've been involved with through Lenovo have allowed our small marketing team to show up in a much bigger way to our audience through curated content and emails. It's always been straight forward, easy to integrate, and simple to use.

It's been hard to update company info as our company has gone through a merger. I wish that it was simpler to change company name, contacts, and pass along legacy accounts.

OneAffinit has helped our company with leads,  grow our sales and target customers with their monthly newsletters in this uncertain time. We absolutely value their resources and they even reward us for each sale monthly! We love how we can watch the action live and see which customers open the newsletter and use it on our social media platforms.

Nothing. I can't think of anything that I dislike with this program.
