Is Extreme Reach free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Extreme Reach does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is Extreme Reach pricing best suited for?

Extreme Reach's pricing, structured as custom enterprise quotes, is best suited for marketing and advertising agencies and in-house business affairs teams managing talent payments, SAG-AFTRA compliance, and video ad trafficking. G2 reviewers span small business through enterprise, but mid-market marketing and advertising firms represent the densest reviewer segment and report the strongest fit. Enterprise users in automotive and marketing also cite strong value for centralized paymaster and ad serving functions. G2 reviews of Extreme Reach suggest smaller agencies benefit most from ad trafficking and asset distribution workflows, while larger organizations leverage talent payment processing, usage rights tracking, and multi-campaign reporting as primary justifications for Extreme Reach's pricing investment.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Extreme Reach?

According to G2's pricing data for Extreme Reach, no free tier or free trial is listed. Extreme Reach's pricing is structured entirely around custom enterprise quotes, with no publicly available tiered plans. G2 data on Extreme Reach shows no entry-level or self-serve option; access is negotiated directly. This means prospective buyers cannot evaluate Extreme Reach's pricing through a trial or freemium path — engagement requires direct vendor contact for a custom quote. G2 reviewers across small business, mid-market, and enterprise segments all appear to operate under individually negotiated arrangements, suggesting pricing of Extreme Reach is scoped to organizational needs and usage volume rather than fixed tiers.

Is Extreme Reach considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Extreme Reach rate it 4.0–5.0 across small business, mid-market, and enterprise segments, with multiple users explicitly citing cost-effectiveness. One small business reviewer calls it a cost-efficient ad server for video creatives; an enterprise reviewer notes Extreme Reach offers a better rate compared to other ad servers. Talent payment centralization, SAG-AFTRA compliance management, and consolidated ad reporting are cited as high-value outcomes. Recurring concerns include billing department delays and inconsistent customer service responsiveness, which temper value perception for some mid-market accounts. Overall, G2 reviews of Extreme Reach indicate strong value-for-cost sentiment, particularly for teams managing talent payments and video ad trafficking at scale.

"Great UI That Keeps Everything Organized and Easy to Navigate"
5/5
What do you like best about Extreme Reach?

The platform has a great user interface, it's easy to use once you get the hang of it and it keeps everything I need organized in different sections/tabs. It makes it really easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extreme Reach?

In my case I don't like that we have the same advertiser used for our sessions under different names. Maybe it's an internal issue, but I have selected the wrong name for our advertiser previously and had to review all reports separately. Some tasks can't be completed in bulk, and that makes it time-consuming to for example input an extensive cast into a report. Also, I have set up a holding fee notification for. myself, but for some reason I can't never receive the notifications I need, and I ended up receiving notifications for holding fees I am not interested in; I end up just checking the holding fees tab weekly to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad the platform helps keep your work organized and makes payroll easier to manage. We also appreciate the feedback on advertiser naming, bulk actions, and holding fee notifications. We’re sharing these points with our product team as we continue improving the user experience.

"User-Friendly Ad Server, But Pixel Tracking Needs Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Extreme Reach?

It's the first ad serving platform that I've had full control over in my position as a media buyer and digital CTV expert. It's a cost efficient ad server for video creatives. We receive valuable log level reports. It is fairly user friendly, and overall navigating the interface is fairly simple and does not require a lot of training. Our personal rep, Julie, has gone above and beyond for our team again and again for all the extra requests and troubleshooting we go through to connect the Extreme Reach data to our various third party partners. Julie is really helpful because she is able to answer the analytics team questions and support them when we have log level reporting connection issues and troubleshooting, especially with partners that are not historically integrated with Extreme Reach, like Amazon. She has been very helpful for making it work in situations where we would not have been able to run if she hadn't helped us make these data connections. The self reporting system is decent and I'm able to effectively pull reports. I do enjoy how quick the reports are, which makes it very easy to check the health of campaigns. It allows us to properly measure success of campaigns and prove out their success to the clients, which lets us stay on. The initial setup was fairly intuitive and simple. The setup of campaigns, tracking, and creatives was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extreme Reach?

{"Pixels. Being able to check the pixel health is very problematic. I'm not able to see the pixel hits when I place the pixels. It's not normal to have to run a campaign and spend money to be able to see if the pixels are firing.","I can't run and measure success with publishers like Amazon, Disney, or Netflix in Extreme Reach. That forces me to put those dollars elsewhere and run outside of Extreme Reach.","The reach and frequency settings should be automatically applied everywhere to all advertisers. It should not be a manual thing. I have to reach out to our rep for that.","I want content genre level reporting. There should be increased granularity in reports of content for CTV streaming. That should be on the roadmap for publishers that pass back content signals.","The way campaigns are saved is confusing. I have to save them twice and I can't tell if they've been saved. I've made updates, hit submit, and we lose all of that stuff. It just seems silly and counterintuitive."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
