**What do you like best about extendedReach?**

I like that extendedReach gives me reminders for when items are due for my case files. I also like that I am able to see all of my active cases on one screen and am able to go between them with ease.

**What do you dislike about extendedReach?**

I dislike that when I enter multiple client contacts in one sitting, sometimes the website grinds to a halt, and it takes minutes to save my work. I also occasionally experience difficulties with the extendedReach plugin. Occasionally, the plugin does not update my work on the website accordingly, and I lose progress.

**What problems is extendedReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

extendedReach is solving the need for our company to use a database for case management. extendedReach benefits us by giving us a digital way to keep and store case notes.

The ability to customize Extended Reach to suit your agency’s needs. 

**What do you dislike about extendedReach?**

While the software is always changing,sometimes there seem to be features that would be obviously good,but don’t exist yet. 

**What problems is extendedReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Extended Reqch is easily customizable. Their help desk is excellent and efficient. This software is always changing to keep up with the demands placed on it.
