I work in an accounting department that makes extensive us of the Extend service. We charge a lot to our cards and having superior control is critical to ensuring there isn't any abuse done by external vendors.
I love Extend's ability to define how much you would like to allow to be charged and ability enable and disable cards at will. The amount of control is unmatched by other products.
I also enjoyed the ability to easily add and define cards based on their use. It's super easy to add a singular card to be used for a subscription and the like.
I also find the integration into our AMEX credit card account to be seemless and this makes reconciling easy.
My head of department was able to teach me how to use Extend in record time based on the easy of use. I've never had any issues with the service as it always is available when it intends to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly cannot think of two many reasons to dislike Extend. It's not going to radically change your workflow but it also doesn't have to. If you are willing to make the investment into Extend, which I find to rather affordable especially if you already are apart of the American Express Ecosystem, you'll find it well worth the price.
